I've had an old recipe from a great aunt, very similar except that the biscuits weren't soaked as such. You chop pieces of stem ginger in syrup and then layer the caramel, whipped cream once and sprinkle with the ginger Make at least 2 layers, drizzling some of the ginger syrup over each layer. End with cream and more bits of ginger. Decorate with some crumbled biscuit. It is seriously rich, but absolutely divine .
Being Dad to two sons who love something sweet, i love the easiness of the recipe. But tomorrow i am going to try put another spin to it.... Im gonna add freshly picked and steamed apples before covering the layer with the caramel/cream toppings.... Then add the crushed flake... WISH ME WELL :)
Thank you for the awesome channel! Very grateful for the typical South African Tamil recipes. Please post everything regarding our Tamil culture cooking ... veda's; moorku etc .... Wish you guys every success
Hi Kayla. The nestle peppermint crisp seems to be a problem to acquire but you can try the Cadbury mint crisp option. It's not the same as the Nestle chocolate has more of the mint crisp whereas Cadbury has bits inside it.
Thank you dear heart. Cannot wait to make it👋❤❤❤❤❤❤ Ps. Where is your spatula 😂I have a mini set in silicon and will not live without them. My bowls are clear when I wash them(probly because there are no kids for licking and we're water scarce here in S. A. THANK YOU again💐❤❤❤
Hi we dont have caramal treat in our country pls give me a substitute dear is it ok to make home made caramel if so how to pls let me i really like your dessert 💖🤗
If you have condensed milk inyour country you can use that. Just cook the condensed milk for atleast two hour in the can in a pot covered with water...that will then turn the condensed milk in to caramel treat

Whenever I started to bake, my son would hide away the spatula, because there would be nothing for him to lick. Lol
