Winston Roig Jr Thank you so much for commenting and I will be operating portable this field day. Hope to catch you on. GL and 73! www.k0pir.us/k0pir-on-field-day-2020/
Thank you for the video Rich! I will watch the video again and set my 7300 up tonight for the contest. I'm pretty sure the set up will be similar for it. 73 de KN3A.
It's nice to hear from you Greg and thanks for commenting and great question! Off the top of my head, I don' think we see contacts already worked in the decode list. Have fun, 73 and good DX!
In N1MM use the WWDIGI log. For the WW Digi contest at the end of August, use the NA VHF Contest setting in WSJT-X. When the contest mode is selected, WSJT-X will open a third log window. This window is for information only; you can minimize it to the Task Bar to free up screen space, but do not close it. Contest rules and frequencies: ww-digi.com/rules.htm
Remember to set up the contest in N1MM also, it's WWDIGI. One issue I'm having is duplicates, it's accepting them. Normally N1MM warns you of them, it's not doing it right now--what did I miss?
Dennis Heaton Good question. I see in mine that it shows Dupe in red, But I haven’t started my contest log yet. I’ll keep an eye on it and post if I have problems or think of anything.
My friend, the video is very good, I have seen it several times. I have a query, I use the JTDX, and at the moment of pressing LoadWSJT / JTDX, it will not open the decoding window, which you show at minute 4:26. Can you help me, I use a FT 991 Yaesu. Thank you so much. LU3EBG

I'm using a 7300 with just the single USB cable in the com3 port of my PC. I've followed your video carefully and I've got a couple of problems with WSJT-X. 1. - WSJT-X loads and connects and I get decodes but it won't send audio or any commands to the 7300. 2. - The small N1MM-WSJT Radio Connection -1 box has a RED flag (not green) 3. - On your N1MM "configurer" I see to com ports on your screen. Both COM4 and COM8. Are you maybe using something to create a 2nd COM port for controlling the 7300 that I might need to make WSJT-X work through N1MM?
Disregard. I got disturbed by the communication problem before I went on through all of the new settings within WSJT-X. In your video you didn't have the RED box flare up right away because you obviously had already made all the necessary changes to WSJT-X. My mistake. I think I'm fine now.
Dave White Thanks for commenting here and I am happy you got it going. I was using this with my ICOM 7610 and it has two virtual serial com ports. Hope to hear you on. Best 73!
Nice easy video. Thanks. I'll have to try this..

I am hoping this can be used as a starter for hooking up JS8CALL for winter field day. Thank you.
Thanks. How do I set the colors for the n1mm decode list. I want to be able to see dupes by color. Or, do dupes not show up on the decode list?
