I'm a GA Bulldogs fan, put I love hearing Nick Saban at press conferences! Most of reporters questions nowadays are sooo lame! It sounds like each reporter just wants their voice and name to be heard, and they want to "one-up" each others' questions! Questions get re-worded, then re-asked. Reporters, fighting over each other to be heard, end up blurting out lame, stupid questions such as, "Do you think (player) ran fast enough as he ran that last touchdown?" "What do you think he was thinking at that moment?" 😫 I like hearing Saban stand up to reporters senseless questions!

EXACTLY! Most of those idiots are looking for some sound bite that has nothing to do with actual football. Instead of doing their research and actually asking about the game, they want to know what Coach Saban thinks about the 3rd string OLB for Oregon State getting busted for streaking at his cousins Barvitzmah.
Of course they want to win, but to Nick and all the coaching staff, next to preparing to win a football game, it's also about humility, building character, and having respect for one another...and I would say most college sports programs operate the same. Get these young men ready for playing football, as well as life...you just witnessed what's just as important to Nick Saban!

This is how a program stays dominant. Hate Saban or love him, this is the mentality needed to be successful. Everyday you gotta work on something to become more and more successful. Complacency is the reason for downfall of 99% of programs that collapse.
