- Enjoy this video of a great way to progress to a full copenhagen plank. This exercise is great for your adductors (the inner part of your thighs) and often a neglected area during exercise!
We see a lot of speed skaters and athletes with WEAK adductors and this puts you at an increased risk of injury. Give these exercises a try and build some strong inner thigh muscles and be ready to feel stronger and faster as an athlete!!!
