    I LOVED YOUR EXERCISES - I AM ALREADY 60+ (years old)... I can cover short distances at 35 km.h. - the average speed is 25 km.h., I would like (of course with my own work) at least 33 km.h. , to reach at least 45km.h in a sprint. - I believe that in the winter I will achieve it with the exercises you suggested. GUYS, MAY YOU AND I SUCCEED IN WHAT WE WANT!!!

    Just awesome! I only did this workout once and next day literally felt more glutes involvement while skating! Got around 10% improvement in my avg pace for an 8km ride. that's a lot for me to be honest! I plan to continue doing this for coming weeks!

    Hi guys❤, I am old already (34) but starting to try speed skating, is never late, uh? The point is… I’ve never been able to do the squats so low as you do, my hips never go lower and cant never reach 90 degrees , then if i try to go lower I fall down backwards, (hope this makes sense). Then while skating i try to bend my knees as well and happens the same thing and I start to get a very bad lower-back pain that stops me to keep going. Any advice you can give to improve flexibility to reach those 90 degrees squats… plus avoid that lower back pain? Please keep doing your videos, they are so good, ideas for more videos: Avoid injuries Strength ankles Reduce/avoid back pain Choose you size of skates Heat molding your skates Blades/wheels/brands of skates Thank you😊 Greetings from Auckland, New Zealand.     I’m so grateful for your dry land workouts. I’m an inline skater with a background in street skating trying to learn how to prep for skating much longer distances and long distance races. I have no history with speed skating of any sort. Your workouts are helping me learn how to build strength in the super low positions and in the basic functional movements necessary for this activity. I can feel the improvements and I’ve only just begun to incorporate your work into my practice. This one, in particular, is so accessible, because it is so short and compact that there’s no excuse for me not to do it. It’s also fun! Thank you so much.
