Hi guys❤, I am old already (34) but starting to try speed skating, is never late, uh? The point is… I’ve never been able to do the squats so low as you do, my hips never go lower and cant never reach 90 degrees , then if i try to go lower I fall down backwards, (hope this makes sense). Then while skating i try to bend my knees as well and happens the same thing and I start to get a very bad lower-back pain that stops me to keep going. Any advice you can give to improve flexibility to reach those 90 degrees squats… plus avoid that lower back pain?
