LEG KETTLEBELL WORKOUT | KILLER SUPERSETS

  • In this LEG KETTLEBELL WORKOUT we will focus on strengthening the lower body. We will have 16x super sets which means 32x movements in total. We will perform each movement for 50 seconds long and with only 10 seconds rest we will switch to the second exercise of the superset. Between each superset we will have 25 seconds rest. After the first 8x supersets we will have a 50 seconds water break.
    Make sure that you do a proper warming up before starting with the workout:

    You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
    In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg an 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :kettlebellking...

    1. 3x Count Goblet Squat
    2. 3x Count Full Deadlift
    3. Squat + Calf Raises
    4. Stiff Leg Deadlift
    5. Narrow Toe Squats
    6. Semi Sumo Deadlift
    7. Single Leg Deadlift (L)
    8. Single Leg Deadlift (R)
    9. One Arm Full Deadlift (R)
    10. One Arm Full Deadlift (L)
    11. Uneven Squat (R)
    12. Uneven Squat (L)
    13. Good Morning
    14. Alternating Pistol Squat
    15. Back Squat
    16. Stiff Leg Deadlift To Full Deadlift
    50 seconds water-break
    17. Step Up Deep Lunges (L)
    18. Step Up Deep Lunges (R)
    19. Bulgarian Split Squat (L)
    20. Bulgarian Split Squat (R)
    21. Reverse Lunges (L)
    22. Reverse Lunges (R)
    23. Reverse Cross Lunges (L)
    24. Reverse Cross Lunges (R)
    25. Alternating Takeover Lateral Lunges
    26. Deadlift To Alternating Reverse Lunges
    27. Hip Thrusters
    28. Elevated Reverse Plank Knee Pulls
    29. Seated Hip Thrust
    30. Walking Lunges
    31. Spider Side Drag Lunges
    32. Low Hip Knee Lunges

    The most effective, diverse, versatile and advanced leg workout of all times. Absolutely my favourite now and will now incorporate it in my weight routine workouts. You can do each of the supersets 3 x times for a complete wipeout. Some movements are so exquisite that I would never have imagined myself. You are a pro, bro...     best leg workout so far! really sweaty! :D now with 12, 16 and 20kg kettlebells, all of your latest workouts have been so much more challenging. But I can feel a great progress in my strength endurance. Thx a lot for sharing all this great content with us, Daniel!

    Wow Daniel what another really great and intense workout. Loving this super set format and it was great that all the muscles of the lower body were engaged. Loved that there was some unilateral work which helps as i want to work on my imbalances usually exposed when i do bulgarian split squats. Love you lots and can't wait for the next workout.
