Hey rush i have a problem, when i jump rope one arm is elbows in thight but comfortable facing up and the other is like out, down in comparission to the other looks terrible just to finish i would describe it as asymmetric. And i noticed this while recording myself and looking in the mirror while i jump but when i try to fix this just locking in the asymmetric arm and elevating it a little bit more it looks good but i trip a lot. I was wondering if you could make a video about this or just answer me maybe because there is no video about this topic and also noticed that some people do this too but dont notice it.

Saved!!! I'm switching my rope length a bit longer and trying your 3rd variations lol I hit a plateau I'm doing the same moves over and over. We're all different, I don't like staying in the same spot legs/feet together I think 360 and divide my feet into 4 points toes/heels and I step on heel + toes on the opposite foot sometimes do moves at 12 o.clock turn to 6 maybe 3 to 8 and I go onto autopilot and just transition into variations without planning it. With learning moves from repetition, it just turns into muscle memory and you go into what's most natural move depending on song tempo, height, position and energy in the tank.
Defo follow your natural movements. Muscle memory is key 🔑 whatever works for you 😀
The format with post hoc slow-mo breakdown is easier to follow compared to when you broke down the movements as you performed them, outside your old HQ.
