Jesus only considered us friends, IF we obey Him! He gave the disciples multiple commands!
*”14 You are my friends if you do what I command.” John 15:14 NIV*
We’re considered His enemies if we aren’t!
26‘For I say to you, that to everyone who has will be given; and from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. *27But bring here those enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, and slay them before me.’ ”* Luke 19:26-17 NKJV
Below is about preparing for Judgement Day. This isn’t restricted for another group or future people only because Jesus is speaking to people near Jerusalem during the time of His ministry! It’s in Luke. Why let them know what’s going on, if it’s only for future people?
      *The Parable of the Minas*
11Now as they heard these things, He spoke another parable, because He was near Jerusalem and because they thought the kingdom of God would appear immediately. 12Therefore He said: “A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and to return. 13So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas, and said to them, *’Do business till I come.’* *14But his citizens hated him, and sent a delegation after him, saying, ‘We will not have this man to reign over us.’*
*The nobleman is Jesus. ‘Do business till I come.’ is abiding in Him & being fruitful until Judgement Day.*
*15“And so it was that when he returned, having received the kingdom, he then commanded these servants, to whom he had given the money, to be called to him, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.* 16Then came the first, saying, ‘Master, your mina has earned ten minas.’ 17And he said to him, ‘Well done, good servant; because you were faithful in a very little, have authority over ten cities.’ 18And the second came, saying, ‘Master, your mina has earned five minas.’ 19Likewise he said to him, ‘You also be over five cities.’
*Jesus returns on Judgement Day & rewards each one according to their abiding in Him.*
20“Then another came, saying, ‘Master, here is your mina, which I have kept put away in a handkerchief. *21For I feared you, because you are an austere man. You collect what you did not deposit, and reap what you did not sow.’* *22And he said to him, ‘Out of your own mouth I will judge you, you wicked servant. You knew that I was an austere man, collecting what I did not deposit and reaping what I did not sow.* *23Why then did you not put my money in the bank, that at my coming I might have collected it with interest?’*
If all we had to do is believe & we’re not supposed to surrender & abide, this servant wouldn’t say that *Jesus collects what He didn’t deposit & reaps what He didn’t sow.* This is indicating something we have to do on our part because Jesus didn’t do it but He’s expecting something in return. *23Why then did you not put my money in the bank, that at my coming I might have collected it with interest?’*
*The wicked servant didn’t abide in Him because fearing Jesus was “austere” severe/strict in manner!*
24“And he said to those who stood by, *‘Take the mina from him, and give it to him who has ten minas.’* 25(But they said to him, ‘Master, he has ten minas.’) 26‘For I say to you, that to everyone who has will be given; and from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. *27But bring here those enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, and slay them before me.’ ”*
*If this is about rewards, Jesus wouldn’t have someone killed on Judgement Day. This is only about Heaven / Hell!* *Jesus is referring to these people as His servants - faithful & wicked.* *If Jesus considers someone unfaithful & wicked, they aren’t entering Heaven!*
*The Master is Jesus.* We can’t have a master without someone having faith, submitting everything & abiding. It would only then be a savior. Again, Jesus is telling people what’s to come on Judgement Day when He’s near Jerusalem while He was alive during His Ministry on Earth.

No one who remains in Him sins continually; no one who sins continually has seen Him or knows Him. Little children, make sure no one deceives you; the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous; the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. For if, because of one man's trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the *free gift of righteousness* reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:17)

Let me ask you this: once you are saved, are you now a slave to God? Because God commands that as a Christian, you MUST live a life dedicated to Christ and to obey His commandments. Is OSAS is true, you cannot lose that, so therefore you are forced to live a Christian life. No more choice. So you become a slave to Christ. So how is that love? That's not love, THAT'S SLAVERY

@@flaming_ice5220 Obeying commandments does not save anyone...
The whole of the law is love and Jesus gave 2 in Matthew 22:36-40 ( I'm paraphrasing)
To love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul and the second is like unto it to love your neighbor as yourself.
Jesus said, I came not to destroy the law but to fulfill it, what that means is He broughtvit to completion.
It's not being a slave at all. You've given no scriptures, it's just your jibberish talk.
But what I will tell you, once born of God, ye are a son or daughter and it's knowing that ye HAVE eternal life...1 John 5:13
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God that YE MAY KNOW that ye HAVE eternal life and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
      AND....a child of God now...rests....Hebrews 4:1-6
1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
2 For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.
3 For we which have believed do enter into his rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest; although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
4 For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.
5 And in this place again, if they shall enter into my rest.
6 Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief.
So every believer enters into God's rest. Not slavery...that's bondage, and with being under bondage is trying to keep all the laws.

Isaiah Salvadar's faith is in himself. He is a very boastful and proud person who has not come to the end of himself and trusted in Christ alone as his savior. He has called God a liar because he has not believed God's testimony concerning His Son in 1st John chapter 5 verses 9-13 which is that God gives ETERNAL LIFE to all those who trust in Christ alone. Isaiah doesn't believe he has eternal life. He believes he has temporary, probationary, conditional life and is therefore an unbeliever and will hear the most terrifying words in the Bible "depart from Me ye who work iniquity for I never knew you" unless/until he repents and believes the Gospel and gets saved...Praying for the 770,000 subscribers to his channel he is leading to hell.

    While Isaiah believes in “I”
We believe in the Great “I am”
I wish Isaiah ran across this video somehow because there’s so much to unpack just in the Luke scenario alone. It would hopefully change his whole demeanor and interpretation of Gods word. For there is only one truth. No contradictions. Rightfully dividing the word results into a humble heart that our Father calls for. ❤

I’m convinced that ALL false pastors who preach works salvation ARE DOING IT INTENTIONALLY with malice and I say that because they ALWAYS use certain verses that when taken out of context help them seem truthful to inexperienced people BUT they NEVER mention this verse that makes it clear that someone is saved even if they have NO works:
    1 Corinthians 3:11-15
“For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, 13 their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. 14 If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. 15 If it is burned up, the builder will suffer loss but yet will be saved-even though only as one escaping through the flames”.
Are we to believe that people like Paul Washer and other false pastors have NEVER seen that verse?
Of course they’ve seen it, but they ignore it because it BLATANTLY proves that they are LIARS.

I don't understand how people can say they reject works-based faith and say they aren't saved by works, but then say we can lose our salvation. Those two ideas incompatible. Imagine two people at the end of their life. One says "I believe I will go to heaven because I''ve done enough good works to outweigh whatever bad things I've done." That's obviously a works-based faith. The second person says "I believe I will go to heaven because I've been good enough to not lose my salvation." The second person believes they didn't earn salvation by works, but in the long run they are still focused on their own righteousness to get to heaven. You either completely trust in Christ's righteousness and Christ's works for your salvation or you don't.

This is exactly what the pharisee in the Temple said. St. Paul said that Salvation is a Gift of God so that no one could boast. As Believers, we should count ourselves as unprofitable servants, whose goodness, efforts and righteousness are as filthy rags. We must depend on our Lord for everything. It is not us who fast, pray, abstain from sin, help people etc etc. but God Himself working in us through His Holy Spirit, the good works He prepared beforehand, and it's only through His help and grace that we can walk in them. If Christ Himself could say, "I can do nothing by Myself but through my Father", how much more should we depend on Him?

Amen, great sermon brother. I praise God that one day my eyes were finally opened to the knowledge of truth, from listening to preachers like you ( few and far in-between ) . When it was right in front of my face the whole time. Instead I found self righteous hypocrites to listen to. Anyways I thank God for you and your ministry. So simple, no show and glory. Just the simple gospel of Jesus Christ, the way God entends it to be, so God gets the glory

It's very simple: Anyone who thinks you can lose your salvation because of sin has not understood what it means *not* to be under the law. Sin is transgression against the law, therefore keeping the law is to not sin. So, saying you can lose it because of sin is saying you can lose it if you don't keep the law. But we're not under the law, we're dead to the law, thanks to Jesus Christ our Lord who redeemed us from the curse of the law. And no one can keep the law anyway, as James 2:10 makes very clear.
