The story from google is a man was riding a dirtbike and a tree fell over and hit him in the face and killed him, well the owner was on a trackhoe and was clearing trees and one fell and hit him and the owner tried making it look like it was a accident but really it was from him, the family sued and won 22million from this

@@lukemyers1432 I think he had a turbo or head gaskets go around 35k miles, but had a long block motor replaced fully under warranty. His names Al roden if you look up his story on some of the x3 Facebook groups
