I did your same setup on my 2019 max back in Oct and ran it all glamis season except my last day in Feb. Evo doesn't tell you about clutch kits you need. Kwi makes the best kit for the x3. I got the full float setup and once I replace the stock plenum with their billet plenum the car was unbeatable. Why, the stock plenum blew up and belts kept blowing under stock. The other must is a catch can. Your power will stay consistent with the catch can and that turbo will stay very consistent. My last trip I went big turbo and once you go big you will not regret it
I hear good things from the float setup. evo recommended a clutch kit with thier shift tek.. Big turbo is good, i need it easily drivable for the wife aswell. for the money. i will be looking into another machine
@@GLifeUTV my big turbo drives exactly like my stock 2019 car did until I hit the gas hard. The kwi clutching is a vast improvement over the stock clutching on a stock car. Even on 91 the big turbo is faster than e85 on a stock turbo. I run 91 everywhere except during dune season. The car gets flashed back to e85 and the clutching goes back to my big hp setup. I wouldn't trade this setup for any other car including a 2seater x3. Because when you are running 90 mph down sand hwy only the max can take some of those massive whoops without having a "oh shit" moment. The big dynamite turbo is smooth and doesn't have turbo lag like the desert storm. It drives like stock but with a massive acceleration curve.
@@michaelr1760 that was the one i was considering.. the dynamite strictly cuz of the lag and cuz i like having power down low in open desert.. good to hear it drives well.. good point in sand whoops. The max is a cadillac👍.
@@GLifeUTV that Cadillac handles everything glamis can dish out and does it so silky smooth. When you put the trigger on the big turbo your max will change forever

So the programmer is pretty much if u want to switch from stages and pump gas to e85 im thinking of sending my ecu is just another $50 since i already have the stage 3r so im guessing ill just have to run e85 all the time. You plan on running e85 all the time?

If u have a reliable e85 station near u and willing to deal with finding station near locations u ride. Then i thinks its worth it . Especially in sand dunes.. in open dessert and trails. Maybe not needed as much

Yes i did change clutching.. you would have to check the site i ran the 225 kit per evo recommendations.. i dont remember off the top of my head the price

I got the exhaust and cat delete from rpm also the BOV and im happy with rpm products i got from seen your videos and um very happy with the rpm products👍🏼👍🏼 thanks 🙏🏽
RPM POWERSPORTS doesnt have any in house tunes. they sales tunes by Whalen speed. which from what I've seen has a great reputation. but haven't personally dealt with them.

Don’t you have to change the fuel pump for e85?
If u have a 2017 u need the 2018 pump. Other then that no
Turbo rr models you do need to upgrade the fuel pump as well for e85
