I got told by a teacher to just look at their head if you struggle with eye contact

1 - NEVER MOVE YOUR EYES BUT MOVE IT AROUND.
2 - NEVER MAKE ANY WEIRD MOVE WITH YOUR HAND BUT MOVE IT NATURALLY.
3 - NEVER MOVE AROUND BUT MOVE WITH DIRECTION.
