You could probably use the twizzers to make it easier to peel off the backing of two-way tape.

Agree, only only see vaguely coloured shapes. Cant see the detail and no other reviewers on web so cant make up my mind whether to buy any Sizzix powders.

Oh my gosh, the sucking in the air noise is awful, and he talked through the noise of the heat gun, and the camera blocked the heating process so you couldn’t see it or how far away he used the gun to the paper. Not good all the way around.

There are no instructions for the Sizzix heat tool. No instructions for how long to heat it up before using it. Newcomers like me need this information. I have scoured your website for it and found it nowhere.

@@sizzix Why would you need to “source this information” for me?! It should either be included as clearly printed instructions in a manual inside the box I received, or it should be clearly available on your website. Neither is the case. The box itself gives a URL on your website that is invalid and that does not contain the instructions/information promised. As this is my first purchase from your company, this experience doesn’t give me confidence as a consumer.
Your information for consumers is lacking and your customer service is lacking. if your only answer for consumers needing assistance in how to operate Sizzix equipment is that I have to call so they can “source this information,“ it sounds like Sizzix leadership needs to take a hard look at how they are handling consumers and customer service.
