Bailey is right, it’ll get to 95 average and sometimes up to 105-110. Pollution is also an issue. March - October it’ll be hot. December to January is the coldest, low 50s at worst. But it can snow (hardly) or hail! So it’ll reach 30 but it’s not that common. It can rain too and receive storms that die off from the Gulf of Mexico, so think hurricanes that died off in Tamaulipas but the rain clouds still head your way.

@Michelle yes they are rascist against people of brown color mostly cause they are white European descendents
But there's also brown dudes but born there by immigrant parents and are also rascist well basically they don't like and make fun of rural people and talk down on people out of state that immigrate their to find work and have a better life than in the rural areas

The people of Monterrey and northwest Mexico had a different foundation, more like that of the United States but with people from Spain. The caste system was not present in the same way. So they are kind people but not at all times and in conditions of more equality and a little harsh, because the land was hard.

My mom was born in the town of Santiago Nuevo Leon. She tells me her grandmas house was built part of a mountain was a wall and had constantly running water coming from the thewall and was cool . great video!!

Yes cafe life rocks! Monterrey is a greatest transitional place as well. Their proximity to the border make the culture there pretty familiar to ppl from the states. Cheers and thanks for the sub!

LOL! Loved your little song as you were "almost a half mile" , too funny! I just recently heard about Monterey. Some one from there who owns a condo in my building told me that "it is a necessary city!', so I'm doing research now. I read in one article that it is the Dubai of Latin America. I currently am residing in Playa del Carmen but will put this city on my to visit list! Thanks a lot for the great info! Sta Bien!
