I really appreciate you for all these knee videos. They have helped me alot. I would get hyaluronic injections off and on for years. I know I have a meniscus tear. My knee pops or clicks sometimes.i can't wait to watch your meniscus video. I am using the glute strengthening ones right now. I am also walking like you have shown to fire my glutes. When I don't have to think about it, I will move on to the meniscus. I am so excited for this because ai have suffered for years. Thank you! Love and light🧡🙌

I need to get checked out but I think, MCL is VERY INTERESTING. I WOKE UP ONE DAY AND I WAS OLDER. ALMOST 68. Survived Covid 19 which killed two of my oldest lifelong friends and long haulers syndrome is still transient. As my strength improves my body is getting back in balance. Raced motorcycles and I am blessed and will call my PT doctor tomorrow. Thank you
I watched your video on walking properly for my knee pain and it changed my life. I was basically hobbled with knee pain and was only walking to the bathroom or to get something to eat. It's been 5 days walking like you instruct in the video and my knee is so much better. Thank you so much.
Dr you are excellent in explaining and honest and sincere in your service to mankind. God Bless you. I have inner right knee pain for long I will try your exercise.
Thank you so much for all your videos. I am 84; and although i have lifelong back pain , (myfascial) and now aching thighs and knees both sides, dx osteo, possible meniscus, Strange as it may be, I still hike (2 hiking sticks) and no pain at all. Obviously being active Is key. I wish you weren’t so far away lol, but your videos are priceless!!
You said it about being active ,being key ,as I'm sure you already know ,moving lubricated the joints AND gets rid of built up "debris"👍🤗😁👍‼️in full agreement with you👍. Good luck ,hope your pain subsides ,keep on moving🌜✨🤗😁✨🌛‼️
I am suffering for knee pain for years and doing my own exercises didn't goes away but your simple exercises in other videos takes the pain away immediately, thank you for sharing your knowledge you solve my problem! God bless you more in return!
Thank you so much for this - it is clear to me that I have Meniscus damage. However, there has to be something else going on too, so I will be watching more of your excellent video clicks to try to find out what.
You helped me immensely with my hips. They seem to be staying in place for the time being, glute exercise has helpe completely to date. Now, osteoarthritis has gone to my right knee, very painful keeping me up some nights. It has caused pain to radiate up the inside of my thigh to the groin and down the calf all the way to my big toe. It hurts. Going to the doctor on the 8th, but so far your help has been the best. God bless you and stay well.

II watched the first video on the exercise for relieving the knee pain. After doing the first part, I did the foot dragup to 17 times when the pain came on, but I continued to 20. It seems to feel a little better, but I must continue to do this throughout the day. By the way, it is my left knee, forgive my error. You folks ae truly wonderful...j@@epmanualphysicaltherapy
Very useful information am following your instructions very helpful thank God for the knowledge he gave you I do a lot of lifting at my job can that affect my knees
You effectively explained the causes of knee pains. The cause of my knee pain from your explanation is artrithes. I am wondering if you can provide us with solutions to the pain that is non surgical.
Look at other videos from this clinic. He said that. This guy is really amazing. I've started on a couple, less than 3 weeks, I'm walking so much better. Like I'm 30 years younger!!!
I love your work. And you’re 100% correct. I recently went to to specialist for my knee and not one of them did a physical examination they relied on CT scans one of them and the other and relied on MRI with completely different outcomes. But when I did the exercises that you had shown him I was gobsmacked the pain has gone. It was easier for the doctor to administer drugs and shut me up then to fix the issue. Thank you for your advice
Well said re the doctor. That's typical. Please could you let me know which videos show the s exercises you mention? I have a few issues with my knees and feel this is as good if not better than visiting my physio. Thanks 🙏🏻
Definitely my problem is arthritis. But I believe I have some meniscus issues as well. I will be watching the videos on these 2 issues. This was a great video explaining the five things.

Very interesting, first time I have heard about the Saphenous Nerve Pain. It sounds eerily close to my pain and doctors including orthopedic never mentioned it. Also arthritis in the knee.
Hey Bob! Yes the saphenous nerve is usually overlooked by generalists and requires specialist training to properly identify and treat. I, like many others, am grateful for these really helpful and uplifting videos. Even your mood is pleasant and reassuring. I have had knee arthritis, doctors tell me, for about 10 years. Although painful, there is no swelling or stiffness. Rather, it is the opposite. The joint is as if too loose, with not enough capacity to hold weight and control motion. Would you be able to shed some light on this kind of condition? I would really like to hear your opinion. Thank you again for the inspiring videos.
I hope you can also share with us the treatment for these causes. I'm experiencing pain inside my left knee. I guess I have that problem with my nerves, you mentioned earlier. Thank you so much Dr. David. Appreciate it. Watching from the Philippines.

Thank you so much. I think I have arthritis. I’m 60 and have worked construction for 30 years. My knees lock up on me and my wife tells me I walk bow legged. Again I thank you for your video.
Good video.. unfortunately my symptoms don't seem to fit any of these. The pain started around 5 years ago and it's just lingering constantly. Any other possibilities?
It sure- after doing maybe 45 seconds of running all of a sudden about 14 months ago my knee started hurting, stiff after sitting, difficult to bend all the way due to being stiff and soreness. Seemed to get better over winter testing but now back where it was- and the sharper pain is on the inside of the knee, no popping, stiff in morning or after sitting when bent, hurts to walk but first 20 steps or so then it’s fine. Except when I walk my dogs- hurts on inside about 1/2 mile into 1 mile walk and comes and goes. Silly but I’ll look at the other videos - and thanks for any insight.
Hi there, thank you for your video to educate people. Most likely I have pes anserine bursitis. There is a pain below my knee, please help me how to treat this at home . Any recomendation/suggestions for me to treat this condition? Thank you for time. God bless

The problem is i have to walk to my work site and drive a truck sometimes all day ....
I’m glad to have come across your video. I broke my fibula in April and have to be on a hard boot for 2 months. I noticed that I started having this pain on the inner part of my knee ( runs about 4 inches up and below my knee joint) 6 weeks into wearing this boot. I thought it could be due to walking on uneven shoe height. What would be a good exercise for that?
Thank you, I was diagnosed with arthritis, and it was suggested I needed steroid injections, however with the quick onset of pain after an activity I wasn’t used to I didn’t feel this was an accurate diagnosis. From your description I feel as I suspected that the problem is in the meniscus - both my knees hurt in the same place and both are swollen where you indicated. The pain started after I walked down some stairs after being sedentary with MS for several months. I’ll look for you video on how to address this problem. Again many thanks.
Hello enjoyed the video, from what I gathered I may have a meniscus problem. I have slight pain on the inner knee joint and stiffness and aching in the ankle. I have a feeling it’s from constant rotation left to right due to disc golf. It also feels like the shin bone is slightly out of alignment. It’s Not going away after not playing for a while not sure what to since walking after a long day seems to affect it as well.
Osteoarthritis on one knee but I supposedly have a shorter leg opposite. Ugh..i have a lift in my shoes but would like to try and get this right! Love your videos

But it was, all down to my gut... Amazing results after 3 treatments....
could you explain me this....i sustained a partial mcl ligament tear a year ago and it just kep repeating itself in 20 days or so...whenever i became too ignorant about my debilitating condition.... so after few months i gave up and started doing resistance training...weight lifitng...altho my doc had adviced me to rest another 3 months...but i did not wanted to...but now i have seen significant improvement in my condition...is this possible? how did i cure it without actually doing anything about it>?
Iv just subscribed I had a motor bike accident had a shear pelvic fracture broken femur and a fractured knee all on the left side I feel that saphenous never problem is what I have but the nhs in the uk is basically non existent at the moment I suppose to have Phsyio and hydro but I’m lucky if I get a Phsyio once a month the last time I see one he told me Her wasn’t a hands on Phsyio iv been struggling with this knee pain since the accident I’d appreciate a little advice
Could also be a symptom of an infection . UTI can cause lower back and pelvis pain which can lead to knee pain because of pelvis, make sure to see a PCP firsthand first if there was no direct injury.
I am a 53-year-old female diagnosed in my thirties with patellar tilt having some effect on the cartilage. At that time I was told that there was some arthritis in my left knee under the knee cap. Ihave been doing physical therapy exercises for this fairly consistently since. Intermittently I've had sharp pain medial right knee. It would come and go and I would notice it when bearing weight to walk. Would last for short time and resolve on its own. It has returned but now I will get the pain at times when I straighten my leg and it can hurt me at night which it has never done. There is no swelling. This has been going on for 3 days now. Looking for some direction since I know it will take time to see a specialist.

Score! My pain is on the inside of my knee. Thrilled to know about this. Can if happen from sitting in my recliner reading with my toes pointing inward?
Hey Gail! We're glad you're learning more about this! Yes, that inward rotated position contributes to inner knee pain very often. Also notice how you tend to plant your feet when you first stand up. Are your toes turned inward? If so, that might need to be adjusted too!
I now just go DIRECTLY to PT if it's PT related. I skip the MD. Our insurance allows that. The PT evaluates, sets a plan and submits the plan. I find going directly means I get there quickly and need less time and visits at PT.
Thanks for such an informative video. I am 75 years old female and was advised knee surgery in both knees when I was 55 years old. I changed my life style and was able to handle my problem all these years. There were episodes of sudden flare up and had to take time off from work for weeks to get back to normal. Hi, I have been diagnosed with mild to moderate arthritis. My problem is inner knee pain accompanied by leg ache up my groin and numbness in the lower part of my leg. I have no swelling but after standing for awhile my legs get tired and feel as if they are electrically charged? "What do you reckon ". Thanks Adrian UK
I suffered an MCL injury while surfing last January 6, 2021. I'm still in pain/discomfort in the interior side of my left knee. I had suffered a set back in August running/jogging on the soft sand. I have since tried to keep off the knee. Your exercises have helped, as I just discovered your channel. My goal is to be able to bend my knee while knee paddling without any discomfort or minimal at least. I'm a big surfer, but I most like to do is traditional style prone paddleboarding when the surf is flat, and knee paddling is a key component in the sport. I need to get back to knee paddling! Any suggestions? Thank you for all your help.... :)

I was told by Reg Dr. I have Arthritis in my knee i guess from looking at xrays. They were popping when I made the appointment. When I did see him, my knees had stopped popping. Since then, I have had other knee issues. Right now it is my inner left knee. What kind of Dr. should I see to get a thorough evaluation? I also have discomfort bending my left leg behind me.
I have issues with both keen but been told told I have arthritic changes on my right knee after I was X-rayed after an injury. What especially hurts is on the outer part of the knee with a burning pain sometimes after sports and sometimes with the lower knee bone waking me up at night. I am 59 yrs old and have always played sports.

Not sure what my inner knee pain is. I haven't been in a sports or Auto accident. I do have a physical job though that could have Repetitive motion. I haven't noticed any swelling but possibly not paying close enough attention. Haven't heard any popping or cracking. It does hurt when I do stairs. That's what O notice the most. I don't have any knee locking. What do you think?
Thanks for your advice and recommendations I have Paik on my lateral side of thigh exaggerated by cycling. I am 80 years old woman and have torn meniscus in my both knees and cycling is the only exercise I have been doing for the last 11 years?
Great! I think I might need to go in and checked out. I have RA and lupus in my 50’s plus I’m a personal trainer. I’m still weight lifting but weighted squats kill my inner knees when I do more than 6 sets. I have pretty good ROM but my knees have always been noisy but most of the time don’t bother me too much. Just when I try to move up in sets like 6 sets of 6-8 weighted reps., frustrating. Both knees swelled up overnight so this morning sucked to walk without medial pain. Stretching helps a little but soon as I’m resting I’m back to walking like an old lady😢
Hey Autumn! Sometimes muscular imbalances can cause inner knee pain. It could also be nerve related pain. I used to have to always pop my knee joint because it felt stuck for 50 years. Now that’s all gone. Haven’t had that weird stuck feeling for a long time.
I recently had a weird knee injury that I think may be overlap between bursitis and patellar tendonopathy. I am very active with weightlifting and running, and I think the tondonopthy developed over time, but something happened right after light exercise that was a couple pops and stiffening of the knee Followed by pain later that day. The other knee also became painful and stiff in the same way but without the popping feeling. The first few days I could barely walk then the stiffness subsided but pin was still there. Since then it has gotten gradually better. About a week before this happened I noticed a little bubble where the patella tendon attaches to the shin bone. didn’t know what it was but I believe it was bursitis.

hi, for the past few months I got these slight pain on inside of my left knee when walking up/down stairs and pressing on the clutch (manual car), the pain is very minor and bearable, no swelling, no redness. But no pain when running up or down hill. fyi I have been running Marathon, mainly 21km for the last 12 years, i am 63years male. What are the causes of this pain and what supplements should I take, I do take glucosamine, egg shell membrane,etc...
Hey BK, sorry you've been dealing with pain on the inside of your left knee :-( Based on when you feel the pain, it sounds most like a tibial shift. Hey LaMountain Marketing Communications LLC, it may help but there is also a chance that it could miss the problem. The best is when a good physical examination can be matched with an MRI. The physical examination would have to be thorough.
I'm 71 and I have #5. I'm trying to integrate your "10 Important habits". I still work 25 hours on my feet in a retail store. I am also using suppliments and making some changes in my diet. Thanks for the information.
Hey you’re welcome John!!! Sorry to hear that you’re suffering with this knee problem. But we’re glad to hear that you’re working on being healthier with supplements and diet. Please let us know about your progress:-)
Hello, This is not related to the knees, but how can I regenerate or heal my damaged cartilage in my wrist (The TFCC). You said for damaged cartilage in knees to heal is repetitive yet an easy workout routine, does the same thing apply to the wrist??
Great question Alita! Cartilage behaves the same way all over the body. Yes the same principles apply to the TFCC in the wrist. Gripping is the most important thing to work on. Try the exercise from this video: "Must Do Exercise For Hand & Finger Arthritis" ruclips.net/video/n8eFpkDFdqk/видео.html
I really appreciate you for all these knee videos. They have helped me alot. I would get hyaluronic injections off and on for years. I know I have a meniscus tear.

It seems to feel a little better, but I must continue to do this throughout the day. By the way, it is my left knee, forgive my error. You folks ae truly wonderful...j@@epmanualphysicaltherapy

Thanks 🙏🏻
Totally agree. My husband went to emerg and to an orthopedic and neither did basic orthopedic tests or palpitation that I do as a chiropractor.

Thankyou so much for info on knee problems.Any advce on inside of shoulder pain.?

You are a GOD send

Hello enjoyed the video, from what I gathered I may have a meniscus problem. I have slight pain on the inner knee joint and stiffness and aching in the ankle. I have a feeling it’s from constant rotation left to right due to disc golf. It also feels like the shin bone is slightly out of alignment. It’s Not going away after not playing for a while not sure what to since walking after a long day seems to affect it as well.
Thanks. This video was helpful

Hello sir
I have pain in inside of my knee which aggregates when I run
It is just below the kneecap and inside of the knee
What can be it?
Thank you so much!
You're welcome Purple Butterfly!!!
What causes mild inner knee pain and mild burning and most pain occurring when bending.
Hey Autumn! Sometimes muscular imbalances can cause inner knee pain. It could also be nerve related pain. There really is no telling when it comes to knee pain because there could be so many sources contributing to it. Here is a great playlist we have on inner knee pain! Hopefully it helps!

I am 56, a caregiver that works about 60 hours a week on concrete floors. I am about 50 pounds over weight and my knees are pissed and my doctor refused a referral to someone who specifically trained in jumpers knee he diagnosed. No you need to just accept it. I love my job taking care of others and I am taking care of myself in this difficult situation. I need guidance in how to do what I love with my knees in this condition and how to heal my body.
I want to see a physical therapist for my knees is there a specific name to look for this specialist or if you know of any in the Miami area I would really appreciate your feed back thank you and God bless you thank for your knowledgeable experience in this specific area in our bodies thank you...

Thank you so much for these videos. I am suffering with inner knee pain on both knees - it is identical. I used to run but no longer can, I suffer after walks. I cycle and that seems fine. I lift weights 3-5 times a week and have started to really focus on Glutes thinking that might help, still the pain persists. I am bole-legged a condition that has seemed to get worse with each of my pregnancies (4). I am 47 years old. I am very frustrated by this situation. I have tried adjusting my diet to reduce inflammation, still no progress.
Hi! I have the same thing! Walking is what really aggregates my knee pain- did you end up resolving it?
Thank you sò much for this wonderful advice - please suggest supplements to take for knee pain,

I have only just found your very helpful videos. I have arthritis in both knees, and a baker’s cyst in the left. Had much pain walking, it’s also painful to bend past 45 degrees. There is cramping as well, and a feeling of swelling in my ankles, although they don’t look swollen. I did some of the toe exercises last night. What will remove the baker’s cyst? Thanks for the great videos!

hi, for the past few months I got these slight pain on inside of my left knee when walking up/down stairs and pressing on the clutch (manual car), the pain is very minor and bearable, no swelling, no redness. But no pain when running up or down hill. fyi I have been running Marathon, mainly 21km for the last 12 years, i am 63years male. What are the causes of this pain and what supplements should I take, I do take glucosamine, egg shell membrane,etc...
Hey BK, sorry you've been dealing with pain on the inside of your left knee :-(
Based on when you feel the pain, it sounds most like a tibial shift. It could also be a minor meniscus injury or the beginnings of knee osteoarthritis. There are many, many causes. You're best next step is to learn about each problem so you can best determine what it is and what to do about it. Here are some videos that will help you with that:

What are symptoms of a knee arthritis flare up?
Can an MRI help determine the specific problem?
Hey LaMountain Marketing Communications LLC, it may help but there is also a chance that it could miss the problem. The best is when a good physical examination can be matched with an MRI. The physical examination would have to be thorough.

hi, what supplements are you taking?
None anymore. I think now they are a waste of money.
Hello,
This is not related to the knees, but how can I regenerate or heal my damaged cartilage in my wrist (The TFCC).
Try the exercise from this video:
