Thank you so much,no-one has ever been able to explain this problem in such a simple and understandable way.
Thank you. I've been researching lots of RUclips channels and the ones that I respect are all saying the same thing you are saying. To fix the knees you must strengthen the glutes. And this needs to be ongoing for the rest of my life. Your demonstrations and explanations are definitely some of the clearest on the internet.
Excellent, just what I need. Many thanks! Keep up the good work! 🙂👍
I loved your videos. And you present it in so simple and the most clear way. Great job. Please continue making such an amazing videos. Ta
Thank you for the great explanation!

Very helpful exercise. I did alongside the video, the resistant band technique helped me to walk comfortably. Am 65 yrs old...lady. i feel v. Good. Thanks a million times. Will!
Thank you very much, these exercises are very very effective. On the very first day of this exercise I have done it's quite effective. I had been very pain on the inner side of the knee while walking, sitting on the floor n standing for a while. This was all begun after I sprained my ankle several times while walking.
Another saviour of an exercise. Great explanation, so encouraging for a better, pain-free life. Please give us more. I am from India
Thank you very much!

Hi Will…your personal modeling of a patient’s body angle for the exercises most effective results helps us understand the importance of the prone position and the placement of the band on both legs…have used it 3 times today and already know that this straightforward protocol is going to happily put me back into my ballroom dancing classes…Voila…❤️
I have weak glutes and inner knee pain for the first time in my life. Thank you!
thanks
Thanks for the exercises. Do you have a video on inner knee entrapment
Can’t wait to try this and see the results…or rather feel the results! Thanks! M
I hope you find it beneficial!
Looks easy and effective for glutes. Well explained and demonstrated.
Brilliant! Thank you!
You're very welcome!
thank u
Hi HT Physio
Very detailed. Thank you. Will try.
Happy to help!
Thank you Doctor It makes sense to me as soon as you mention weak hip. That made me thought about the constant pain I have on my hips. I notice this pain when I stand ,layday or walk. I had never put attention to my hips, until now that you mentioned it. I can see how my weak hips have been yelling at me for attention for quiete a long time. I had no idea, and know I realized how important they are! Ofcourse every part of the body is. How umportant is to stop and really listen to what our body is telling us to fix it is something is going wrong and to appreciate it too for keeping it healthy. 🙏❤
Doctor can you please make a video about pain wrist. My right wrist hurts when I do Yoga. It hurts when I put my weight on it, like when I try to do push ups or cat streach, but it is only my right wrist that hurts. Can you comment below your observations and recommendations, thank you.❤
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Ever since I watched this video I changed how I was doing the clamshell exercise and this really works my glutes ! Thank you
I have inner knee pain due to torn ligaments.
Thank you that was very helpful! I just have a question about when you said that you might need to do different bands as you continue to do this? Are you saying looser, or tighter bands?
Thanks and yes it's definitely my hips
I depend on you...thanks. I wish your book came in ebook (Kobo) form...
I just about a month and a half ago pulled my entire from ankle to thigh. I don’t know what muscle that is, but it has caused me great pain in the back of my knee. I will do any exercise that will leave this pain. It comes from the knee and it goes out to the outer side. I don’t know what I pulled in my knee, but it is really giving me a fit and if I could fix this, I would be so happy, I pulled something very hard I pulled some thing went to an ortho emergency. They did an x-ray and said I pulled my ACL muscle. I don’t know if I did or not because I didn’t go get the MRI after the x-ray. It was just too much money I think healthcare is so expensive anymore you can’t even, do anything if you’re hurt you just have to suck it up and live through it which is what I’m doing now
Thanks. I have inner knee pain. I'm 70 years young. Going to try this this morning
I hope it offers some relief!
Thank you! I will give this a go!
Wishing you all the best :)
Thank you
It is important that you smoke your apartment with real incense two times a year. This avoids all these diseases like rheumatism, sciatica, joint pain, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. The highest quality of Boswellia sacra comes from Oman.
Thank you for sharing this is gonna be a big help to ease the long time pain in my left knee hopefully. But I need to find my elastic band first. I found your tutorial easy to follow you're the best. More power to your channel.
Nice! Thanks!
You bet!
Thank you I have had inner pain (agony ) for past 4 weeks trying this today - x
Your videos are great! I'm only 41 but I'm using alot of your knowledge because I got bad knees at an early age. Thank you so much
So pleased my videos have been able to offer some helpful knowledge for your knees!
Thankyou excellent demonstration of every little detail. I have been doing your previous glute strengthening vd, takes patience dedication, definitely feel it. Seeing my pysio today for meniscus tear so will be interesting to see their exercises. I received your book yesterday, looking forward to reading and learning. Also, thk for mentioning 2-3 months of doing clams, else I would think a quick fix. Is it correct that at 55 doing maintenance ie clams, bridges etc will be a necessary part of life like brushing my teeth? Never had to do in my early decades, no one tells you about how to age actively.
Thanks u for sharing
You're very welcome!
Thanks
You're welcome :)

Thank you Will for invaluable advice on effective exercises for knee pain. I have been doing these exercises for about 3 weeks now and have found them helpful. I wanted to ask if it's ok to continue to work the painful side only? Would that not create some kind of imbalance?
Brilliant
Thank you!
Thank you for these exercises.
My knees really hurt but the doctor says I don't need knee replacements.

I did 33 years in a grocery store. It will destroy your knees.
And…it works! Did as suggested just before my walk and pain was substantially diminished, maybe 10% of usual. I will keep this up since initial results were so spectacular.
That is really fantastic to hear, what a difference! I hope it continues for you and I'm wishing you all the very best :)
Thanks Will. Another great exercise to strengthen the glutes to help support our knees👍❤️
I hope you find it beneficial!
I have had inner knee pain for years. But my knee bows outward rather than inward. What is that called and would you recommend a different stretch?
Hello, I have been watching a lot of your herniated disc videos and other videos as well. This is unrelated to the video above, but I just wanted to ask this question. I am 26 years old, and I have a herniated disc. I just wanted to ask if I can start traveling again after my herniated lumbar disc heals. Can I travel on rough roads? And can I go on long trips (4-6 hours)?
Does this work with a knee that has ACL reconstruction surgery? I have had three surgeries. Two of them were to clear scar tissue that was blocking my knee from fully straightening. I still have difficulty straightening it past 180 degrees and sometimes it still hurts. It gets this feeling of the knee being brittle(the only way I can explain it). I lift weights and it feels to be a restriction on leg day. It's been a year plus since my last surgery and I just want to be pain-free. Do you have some recommendations?? Anything would help.
Great info, how about my hip…which probably needs to be replaced.
My knee hurts the front and outside, anything exercise that can help?
My pain is still there but this definitely helped thank you
So pleased it helped!
