I can't thank you enough! My father is 89 with dementia and a lot of anxiety and agitation. I was searching for something to help him to settle down. I tried some of your videos. We were able to follow your instructions along, sort of, and he calmed down enough to fall asleep. I will be working with him on some of the other videos. We have to do the movement seated. He has limited movement in his shoulders but he was trying his best to follow. I was stopping the video to make modifications that he was able to do safely do it in his range of motion. He is feeling a lot better now. You have helped me to help him change the channel to a much more pleasant experience. I am so grateful. Peaceful happiness...

In India there are no one to teach Qi gong. The videos of madam are really very useful. I really enjoy doing qi gong. It calms my mind and energises body. Thank you madam. You are my master.

She has amazing body coordination and I also think she has a good balance between the movement and the energy concepts. Many other I have seen do not seem to have understood the Qi concept, only doing the mechanical movements.
I was intimidated by the fact that this practice was 29mins but it was the most gentlest practice for this rising. ✨
This was so well worth it. I typically practice the standing positions daily and have been under the weather for 6 days. I could not go another day without doing something. Thank you! 🙏🏻
I can now alternate on certain days my meditation practice during the qigong meditation and the still seated meditation. Sometimes I even mixed the two. I have just completed my 50 consecutive days of mindful meditation. Thank you so much for doing this video.

I like this meditation. I also do zazen. This practice helps to explain the insistence on certain posture in zazen. I see now that the latter is rooted in the even more ancient practices of qi gong,

I found this QGong meditation to b the most beautiful n relaxing. It will b great if u could make some more of such Meditation videos. I love the chirping sound of the birds behind. It's so very calming. The bell in the end made me feel that this shud simply go on with intervals just like in Vipashyana.

Dear, thank you for this lovely Yoga Qigong video. I love the settin together with the monk. I was in Ayutthaya 10 years ago, a very wonderfull and beautifull place with great energy.
I was very suprised of the excercises you did, they look very simular as Spring Forest Qigong basic movements. I enjoyed the way you teached it. Hope to come back to Thailand in 1 year. Love and healing always.
