Hi there. I don’t have one uploaded but you can follow the same process but add more lemon juice & maybe some lemon zest as well to your sauce. Liquidise or add very little garlic. You could even add a little touch of Dijon mustard if you wish. Hope that helps 🥰😘

The simplicity in this dish is extremely remarkable as we have witnessed overly exaggerated butterfly prawns at restaurants, unfortunately the nuance of the sweet prawn is lost between conflicting flavour profiles, Solina just nailed this one on all levels, the true star of the dish maintains its natural flavour and the use of spice and butter are more complimentary than over powering. The cooking times are on point, prawn meat can overcook very easily and loses its appeal, the idea is to have firm yet delicious prawns that maintain its natural aquatic flavour, this presentation does just that, it maintains that eloquent balance and synergy, a lot of respect is given to the protein which is extremely acknowledging.
