    i noticed that i should not overload the prawns when frying because it creates water , end up boiling not frying

      Hi there. I don’t have one uploaded but you can follow the same process but add more lemon juice & maybe some lemon zest as well to your sauce. Liquidise or add very little garlic. You could even add a little touch of Dijon mustard if you wish. Hope that helps 🥰😘

    I liken this channel much to Xaviers School for the Gifted, it drawns your inner belief and in its uncanny way, stirs up the curious senses to a point where we have to execute the presentation in order to gain closure. The slight caramelization on the flesh and shell just steps the flavour up a notch. The dash of tumeric in the sauce preparation fulfills its primary function by elevating the final product to a delicious hue of vibrance, well thought of by rhe Queen of Spice. The simplicity in this dish is extremely remarkable as we have witnessed overly exaggerated butterfly prawns at restaurants, unfortunately the nuance of the sweet prawn is lost between conflicting flavour profiles, Solina just nailed this one on all levels, the true star of the dish maintains its natural flavour and the use of spice and butter are more complimentary than over powering. The cooking times are on point, prawn meat can overcook very easily and loses its appeal, the idea is to have firm yet delicious prawns that maintain its natural aquatic flavour, this presentation does just that, it maintains that eloquent balance and synergy, a lot of respect is given to the protein which is extremely acknowledging. Thank you for this beautiful presentation, as usual you have exemplified pure and holistic cooking from the heart, well done Solina 👏

      Thank you dear Randy ❤️ The only problem I ever have with this dish is that there is never enough 😅😂 So I try to savour every scrumptious bite. You are so on point with overwhelming flavours especially with a subtle flavour like prawn, that slight caramelisation definitely enhances its natural sweetness, even the shells are yummy 😋 Thank you Randy 💝💫

    how long did you let the sauce cook for before removing it off the heat.

      Unti it reaches a slightly thick consistency, keep it on a low to medium heat 🥰

      Yes 🙌🏽 it’s cleaned by the shell is still on. It helps keep the butterfly shape better & prevents it from curling up 💕🌸
