Hi Anne Abbot, thank you for trying this recipe 😀 The curry leaves were deep-fried to lend their fragrance to the prawns and gravy; so I would suggest omitting it if it is not available. The fresh parsley can be added together with the garlic and prawns at the end of the cooking to infuse its fragrance at the last step. Hope it helps 😀
Hi Kai Vyn, prawns cooked very fast in the high heat. Once the prawns changes the color to bright orange and the body curl up meaning it is cooked, It's usually will take about 1 to 2 minutes. Overcooked prawns won't be nice to eat. I hope this helps. Thank you 😊😊
Hi Mos Vaj, thanks for the question 😄 The white powder looking thing is tapioca flour, it helps to lessen the oil splashes when deep frying and helps the sauce to stick better to the prawn shell 😄 Hope this helps 😄
