Fantastic! Hubby and I are moving from MN to Iowa next year. Makes excellent financial sense because FYI; JANUARY 2026, Iowa gets rid of their tiered income system and are going to a flat 3.9% for all!
Awesome! It was a great choice to move to Iowa from Minnesota! Closing costs on houses are way cheaper too!
