Thank you for the video! It was helpful to learn that even though a t-test and ANOVA are different, they will provide the same statistical value when looking at two levels of an independent variable.
this video helped me understand that there is a difference between using independent t-test and ANOVA. Also this showed how to still run the statistics even when a variable is nominal or ordinal. I was not familiar with the f-test, so this did show me that this test is used to look at the variance.
It seems like both tests seem to yield similar results, such as the probability value. I did not know that you could use both tests to find the same answer. I guess now I can save myself time in the future when I use these tests.
