Crispy Smashed Potatoes - Steam potatoes, smash them, crisp them in the oven & combine with a tzatziki-style sauce & serve on a bed of lettuce. Cookie Dough Soft Ice Cream: In Blender place:
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup chickpeas
3 frozen bananas
1 tsp miso
2 tbsp date paste
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
splash of vanilla
Blend & eat.

I’ve been about 80% WFPB over the last three weeks and have lost three kilos. I’m 55 and the skin on my upper arms has not felt very smooth for a few years, but today I noticed a major difference in how the skin there is feeling. Also I can see that my feet aren’t looking swollen at the end of the day (I have a sedentary job so I’m not standing all day at work).
I can’t thank you enough for your videos!!! I’ve implemented your ideas for meals and your thought process on hunger cues over the past three weeks. ❤❤❤ it’s crazy how full I do feel and how I notice when I’d normally eat because it’s lunch time or dinner time but I’m actually still feeling full so I don’t need to eat.

If you don't workout out.. you're basically inviting a plethora of lifestyle disorders including-
Diabetes, non alcoholic fatty liver disease, cancer, cardiovascular disease,etc ..
so please workout and eat well..

Ami, I had to order your biscuit tea on Amazon! Every time you drink it, I want some! Glad you are reaching your goals. Your shakes look so amazing, but I can't drink that size portion because I need to stay around 1500 kcal a day and it's too calorie dense. So, I drink less of it. I am so into my new Ninja Creami now too! I love how you sneak veggies into everything you make! You are so awesome how you are raising your kids on WHOLE FOODS. The chickpeas don’t blend up so there’s chunks left which was really off putting😩 I’ve got a ninja aswell so it’s a good blender!

I can’t loose weight on vegan diet. I gained weight and in my belly area
Same. I’m just gaining more and more weight. Already gained 3 kg from feb- may. I weigh less during winters even with my winter clothes on but comes summer and I weigh so much more even with no clothes on. I’ve given up on losing now, I’m thinking of reaching a certain weight which will be the highest in my 29 years of life and then I’ll do something. I’m reaching peak now and then drop lol.😅

Hey Ami just curious are you still breast feeding? I know that contributes to weight loss so I’m wondering if that may have been part of the reason for your 4 pound weight loss. You have not mentioned feeding Romi anything but table food but it seemed like you may still be doing that.

i know you like your soya products , but please try and find the cleaner ingredients , there's plenty of company's they do better , consuming synthetic vitamins is really bad for you and your children , plenish are good and rude health . nush yoghurts are super clean ingredients and the coconut collab , which you can use instead of mayo . lots of shops do them.
