今天我會跟大家探討下頸椎引起的頭暈,其實誘發頭暈的原因也很多,當然我們也要知道清楚到底因由在哪裡. 很多時候我們都會檢查病人會否是腦部結構問題或許是腦部有腫瘤引起個頭暈, 第二個常見的原因可能是耳石移位, 但是病人又會去耳鼻喉科看耳鼻喉科醫生就做倒耳石, 好過一輪但是之後頭暈或者暈眩又出現了 , 也去過腦科醫生檢查及做過腦素描看不到任何的腫瘤引起暈眩.
其實最常見病人來求診因為他們的頭暈我們做磁力共振就在頸椎那裡就會看到
原來有椎間盤壓住脊髓就是我們說的中樞神經線都會誘發起頭暈的徵狀.你會問下脊椎引起的頭暈徵狀又是怎樣的？.....
Today, I will discuss cervicogenic dizziness. In fact, there are many causes of dizziness. We need to determine the exact cause. We investigate if it's a structural issue in the brain. Perhaps it's dizziness caused by a brain tumor. Another common reason could be related to BPPV. Patient always first seeing an ENT doctor to do Epley Maneuver. which may provide temporary relief. But dizziness or vertigo may recur again. They may also consult a neurosurgeon and undergo brain scans, no tumor is detected causing the dizziness. The most common reason patients seeing me for their dizziness, when we do MRI we can see the cervical spine. There is intervertebral discs compressing the cord. It can cause symptoms of dizziness. What are the symptoms of dizziness caused by the cervical spine?......

好大可能是腦部或血管或頸椎神經線有問題，最好找個醫生詳細檢查驗血及照磁力共振！
