Don’t highlight all. Just highlight the bar you want to copy. Press CTRL+V and then CTRL+B and it’ll move it right next to it.

hey if it doesn't work u can turn off the piano symbol thingy underneath the metronome which is beside the bpm and that may fix the problem also another tip is u could press ctrl + b to copy the whole highlighted area right beside where ur melody is and u can then move it wherever u like
