Thank you so much for showing this useful machine. One suggestion when you grind chilli just light the wax candle near the grinding machine so that you won’t get the ghat of that chilly. When you are roasting also light the candles near the stove

Appreciate your very honest, clear, loving presentation. Tq very much. I am comparing it with the mock mill design. And feel dissappointed. This looks clumsy. Too màny clips. The shoot with the bag should be better designed. A simple design is best. But i love it that it can grind tumeric. Which i think the mock mill may not be able to. Besides all that i would like a machine which will not heat up the flour. Wish our INDIAN inventors could create a machine like that. I am 80 years and dont have much time. Best of LUCK💖🇮🇳🪔🤞
A very useful machine. Hope it sustains quality for the price we pay. 1 year Warranty may not be sufficient for home use. Because what could be recurring cost after 1 year for home user is an anxiety. Thank you for the innovative user friendly home kitchen gadget 🙏🙏🙏
This is the best home grinding machine for indian cooking. I always had problem grinding tumeric, l have to chopped it up b4 grinding it.

The second question. We should have separate collecting cloths for rice, chilli etc. Do they provide spares at the beginning, as they do for instance while buying vaccum cleaners the collecting bags ?

Feels like Mill is cheaper. They do it for very cheap in my city. And we grind only every few months. But for people who don't have mills nearby this is good I guess. But people with dust allergy should beware. This will def create powder dust of wtv you grind and migth suffocate you. So sending someone to the mill is better in that case.

I was about to buy sujata dynamix after seeing reviews of its durability and ability of grinding tough grains/spices. But with comparable price this product seems better. How is it working for you after 8 months? What about the wet grinding and dry grinding jars that came with the unit? Are they as good as preety mixer/grinder for instance?
Sujatha is definitely a good mixer. this has the advantage of grinding grains at home

Just wash the jars as you would any mixi . You can also wash the sieves. The cloth can be washed with soap and dried too

It is still working. Im very happy with the mixer portion of it which I use everyday , but making flours depends on how often you are using it

Hi Gita did you soak rice for sometime the traditional way like we do and dry that on a cloth and then you made the flour or it is direct from store bought rice you grounded.

Could you please suggest ways to make roti flour of any grain jowar, Bajra, wheat at home. Since we don't have acces to only mixer n being Jain's we don't use any other markets flour.
I have shown how to grind wheat flour in this video. similarly you can grind ragi and others too

It depends on your family requirements and whether you regularly grind flour at home. I have been using my regular Morphy richards mixer for over ten years now. . And it is still working very well. Preethi or Panasonic arevalso good options
