I bought a roti maker years ago and followed the instructions given. It was an utter failure. Since then the appliance has been sitting in the shellf unused. Thank you so much for detailed instructions and demo. Will be certainly trying again. I was going to throw the roti maker away.

The bread and dough maker is excellent. I've been using it for the last three years and have never regretted my purchase. Are you referring to the Inalsa dough maker, the Stand mixer? Stand mixer is great to knead the dough in large quantity.

How to clean an automatic roti maker after making rotia
Firstly the biggest drawback is that the products are all non stick...which is not healthy . Secondly the roti maker doesn't really make thin rotis that remain soft ...as they cool they become slightly rubbery.
