I could not agree more!! Compounded Tret suckeddd, it was irritating and expired fast. Altreno is superior and changed my entire mindset around my tretinoin journey. GREAT NICHE VIDEO
In brazil, we only have the gel and cream formulas - and the gel only comes in the lowest strength, which is 0.025 here. I'd love to try the microgel or the serum lotion as I don't get along super well with the cream so I'm stuck with the 0.025 gel (which does a great job for my skin tbh I just hate the alcohol smell it has)

Thanks for sharing!! I actually totally forgot to mention that there is a "standard" (not micro) gel as well.
