Tom, all your regular viewers have heard train horns for years so Tom, can you do a video on your bike going down to where they blow those train horns? It's one of the great mystries of the world not knowing why they blow their horn for long periods. A first hand view would be superb, thanks Tom

I just washed one up that I bought. Same mower. the choke is open. I closed it and seller pulled rope runs. Finished up a personal pace with tecumseh has nice shine should sell

Just did same kind of mower, but the one I did had very little oil in it, and the intake push rod was snapped in 2, replaced that, and it ran great, added oil, cleaned the carb, drained and refilled the tank, sharpened and balanced the blade, typical tune-up, except for the lack of oil, and the snapped push rod, they bought it from me last year or two, I sell so many I forget, and I scraped the deck never saw so much grass... Or as Bruce says, broccolis.
14:25 yes I have seen that missing pin before . I ended up putting a small screw into it and that was fine. I sold it few years ago, I know the. Person is ok and it’s still working today. I did tell them about it and they were ok with it .
i thought about maybe a cotter pin or something too
@@TomDobyMowerRepair that’s a good idea also . Maybe mechanic wire as well
Tom I’ve seen that little pin fall out of a bunch of those recyclers and hear me out it might sound like a “rigged” fix but I just put some mechanics wire on there loosely and twisted it and I’ve repaired about 4 or 5 of them successfully like that.
Of course your repair was the 100% correct way but I’ve been successful with mine.
Ended up being a nice little mower. Send it up this way when you come to get your spark plugs

Was going to mention had one of those run start the choke flipping open shut put different sparkplug in, ok few seconds back to run bad. I changed the resistor on end of plug wire to a normal one. Fixed
