The same applies with the shoes, it's all about personal preference and what is comfortable to the one wearing it. It's not necessarily a DON'T . Also, I believe one looks the way they feel. If you feel frumpy, you will look frumpy. If you feel lovely in the fit, you will look lovely.

Sure I have long legs but I'm still 5'4" so unless I wear chunky shoes I'll be walking all over them. I do own heels. But they're not always practical for the occasion. While chunky sneakers or chunky loafers are.

I"m 5'5'' and my inseam is 26 inches. If I get more wide leg pants please give your advice regarding 'just below the knee' pants, pants being a couple of inches shorter than usual or pants being floor length in the palazzo style! Thanks~
That style of sleeveless blouse follows the same "theme" along with the palazzo pants..a very classy and "continental " look! I love how the look of having the cut of the sleeve expose more of the top of the shoulder is so flattering The "shoulders " showing more in women's dresses and blouses in this way are, (IMO) , one of the most attractive and sexy ways to add style and sophistication to an are of a woman's body that is undervalued and underappreciated...the shoulders on women are very sexy and show a classy side without being exposed blatantly as attention grabbing elements.
