I don't get it... My set just turns on servo and motor and then turns off again? So the Servo doesn't hold positions and motor doesn't keep going
I noticed that you were not sure of the esc to motor wires polarity. Red and Yellow wires are generally Positive and the Black, Blue or even Green wire is a Negative Polarity. I hope this helps in future.

i have an wltoys 12429 and due to stock-esc-failure i upgraded with this hw 1060, an carson tarnsmitter/receiver and an simple carson servo with equal measurements.
but with the stock-lipo (7.4v 1500mah) it stays in idle-mode. no signalling beeps, just blinking red led. tried it with lipo- and nimh-jumpersetting, both the same. i was very frustrated, and just put in an 9,6v nimh from an other car. and surprisingly it started up.
i did a testrun and the stock motor was able to handle it. i didn't trim to full throttle though, but car was fast and powerfull enough.
i don't know yet, if i should switch to nimh-accu, or what to do about the lipo-issue.
Do you need to change something in the remote control? or you can use it with the new ESC without applying any changes
What happened with your servo? Was it new? I just bought that one hah

hello, i have the same brushed esc 1060 60a but with tamiya connector,After 2 minutes riding esc cut off power becouse drop to 6,5v for momment, but buzzer show 8v .... You have the same problem with that? On 1 flueron 2200 mah 35c i need do 5-7 reset ESC .... I order a programming card and want try take off that cut off ;/
I don’t have that problem with mine but it could be the battery it may read fine but it could have voltage drop
It's probably your battery which has gone bad. Old batteries or batteries that were not stored in storage mode (around 3.85v per cell) can build up very high internal resistance. So when your RC car needs power the voltage drops significantly. It's not the fault of the Hobbywing ESC. It's your battery probably. Try another fresh battery. I think your problem will be solved.
I have the same esc you described, and I have the same problem. I’m going to try installing a cap pack. Any luck with the programming card?
When making electrical changes, unplug the battery!
Man i think you should have moved the jumper ti LiPO before turning it on First time not in the midle of it

Yep it sure can it has a lipo mode you just move the little clip over to lipo

Hey man, what's the steering servo you used? I can't find one that small.
Aghh sorry man but I can't exactly remember and also that servo didn't last long before it stripped the gears ☹️ I've struggled to find a decent one as well
You did not need to reprogram esc for throttle end points ?
Nope legit just worked felt pretty in sync as well
