The 2 console thing has to have been a newer update Nintendo pushed out because before I had my switch oled, my girlfriend could play my games on her user and now that we both have OLEDS… we have to buy games twice??? Shady on nintendos part
@@GunchuckGaming especially when Nintendo advertised it as a portable device, they should’ve acknowledged that you need to be connected to wifi to play
I only have one switch and I keep getting that exactly pop out thing. I tried to diregister but the option isn’t available. It doesn’t let me click it. Instead of showing orange it shows gray. I don’t know why, when in the first place I only own one switch so is isn’t letting me play games offline.
I tried it, it says my Nintendo doesn’t have a primary switch on my account. But when I check my actual switch it says another switch is the primary console 😐
I have progress on my new switch, will my progress be deleted or have to be recovered after i make my new switch my new primary?(Lost previous switch btw)
Same for me so I clicked on help tab on bottom and searched deregistering, one of the results had a link to shop menu where I was able to finally deregister from my old broken switch phew
On the site, click on profile, then click open account settings. Look for “Linked apps and services” Hit “edit” and on the right corner you should see “Deregister primary console”. I Hope this helps!

Nothing is working for me as it’s linked to a old friend’s account that don’t have access to so I can’t deregister it😭😭 if I purchase the physical cartridge instead for this game. Does anyone know if I’ll have to start over? 😢 I hope I won’t lose my progress

@@GunchuckGaming I think I know why its doing the checking if software can be played issue. I don't have another switch but my cousin does and I'm in a family group where he's the admin so I think its his switch that's the primary console for some of my accounts

Go to user information then click the link apps and services then you should be able to see it there.
