Yoo Joonghyuk (유중혁) Speedpaint

Hey so I haven't posted in a while (as usual) and of course school is the reason. However I have also been taking sidequests to overcome an art block phase in which I felt like I'd hit a skill wall when it came to illustrations. Recently I made it over the wall. I know this channel specifies in dragons, and I don't usually like to post speedpaints because I think they're boring, but this was actually requested so I've put this little quick video together. I am having so much fun doing illustrations lately!
This is a character from a manhwa/light novel called Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint (highly recommend) and the song I have unashamedly taken inspiration from that one really awesome animatic video ManaDreams made about ORV (go watch, here psst- the link • We're Screwed | ORV an... )
FYI, Xaii is the username I go by on a funny little website called Pixilart! That's why I've signed with both to cause less (hopefully) confusion.

Once again, I'll clarify that Xaii is my alternate username for Pixilart!
As you can see, I spent a LOT of time fine tuning the features- which is afancy way of saying I hated how it looked for so long until I finally managed to fix it one small change at a time. It was a challenge. It was both awful and entertaining, which means I had more fun on this drawing than any on the close past. Please enjoy watching my suffering through this timelapse!
