Nico and Chances are characters from the Darkstalkers Diner world. The reason I was always hesitant to cal it an AU is because rather than writing an alternate version of WOF that follows many of the same rules, plotlines and has the same characters, the DD world was always one I wanted to explore in under a semi heavily inspired foundation from the WOF world. DD is basically just WOF, if I, SketchHope were to write it.
Many of these characters do not show up in the MAP most of you know about.
These characters all belong to me! Fanarts are gladly accepted though O_O.....
Those in the DD discord will know these two. Nico is the skywing who is rather consistently mad at something, and Chances is the little odd wingless nightwing who is playing the instrument.
If you have any questions on the lore then I may answer some in the comments but honestly your best option is going to the discord server (its in the desc of the DD map call vid) and asking there. I can guide you to the lore from there (its somewhat all over the place)- this is the best option until I maybe get around to writing a lore summary or rough draft.

This is a really interesting concept! I love every aspect of this AMV! What are their family building? Or is it their community?
(fyi u dont have to read this all i just love explaining my lore lmaoo)
They are a large rag tag bunch of dragons who have somehow ended up in the outskirts of the nightwing kingdom on a forgotten beach as the war between the icewings and nightwings rages on across the country. It's mostly nightwings but there are a decent amount of dragons from other tribes, excluding rainwings and sandwings. These dragons all didn't have homes, but were taken under the wings of an old war vet nightwing named Sanchir. When a dragon arrives, and has nowhere else to go, Sanchir offers them a deal: work a job, earn your keep. In a time of war, young dragons quickly learn that anything offered free is dangerous, so this is Sanchirs way of earning trust and respect. The members of this group eventually come to realise they've been adopted into the found family dynamic hahahaha.
To name a few characters in the video:
Chances (ukulele boy) was born without wings, and is possibly a hybrid but nobody knows for sure, and of what species he is hybrid with (he identifies with nightwing) Sanchir discovered him abandoned to die when the war had only recently begun. He grew up to be a bit of s crazy scoundrel, but when Nico joined the group, Chances immediately developed a sense of respect to him, looking up to Nico as an older brother.
Nico (funky angry guy) His backstory is very dramatic and long, I wont go into it but he found his way to the night kingdom after escaping the skywing kingdom. Nobody knows what his story is, or why he identifies with a non-skywing name.
Jupiter 1:47- first member of the family, original adopted child by Sanchir. Nightwing who did fight in the war for a while, nearly died to a wound at her neck.

Yooo! Gotta question, so when Chances stole the gemstone from (what im assuming to be) the Icewing Queen, is that gemstone the same one that appears right at the end of the video?
its a different one, but that is an awesome question! (i am scared of your abilities to put very subtle information together hahaha). That couldve been a legit plot point but no, the Skywing Queen has the gemstone.... for now....
