I TRIED THIS SO FAMOUS FOOD TRUCK AT THE SAN JOSE FLEA MARKET A FEW WEEKS AGO. SINCE ALL THE REVIEWS AND ALL THE PROPAGANDA I WAS SO ANXIOUS TO GIVE IT A TRY , I GOT THE BIRRIA RAMEN AND THE TACO BIRRIAS . FROM 1 TO 10 I WILL GIVE IT A 5. THE FOOD WAS FLAVORLESS AND BLAND IF IT WOULD NOT BEEN FOR THE CILANTRO AND THE HOT SALSA IT WILL TASTE INSIPID.. NOR TO SAY THE WAIT IN LINE WAS 30 MIN , NOT SURE IF ALL THE BIRRIERIAS HAVE TO HAVE THE SAME TASTE BUT THIS ONE DID NOT IMPRESSED ME AT ALL..

They only make it all look like that when they get recorded but out of camera it doesn't look like this. This is not birria is just shredded been. I agree with others it lacks in flavor. This owner has it over his head and all about the hype. Their aguas frescas are artifically made and not auhentic and home made.
