Loving Oscar Isaac's performance from this trailer. Miguel has always been an intimidating character, to me, so to see/hear that translated so well into the film is absolutely wonderful
Man that line " being spiderman is about sacrifice" just sends a shiver down my spine. Because it's true and I don't see Miguel as the villain but more of a stricter teacher with hard love tactic.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if Tobey, Andrew, and Tom show up at the end of this second film. Or at least Tom. Leading into the third film and their Peter’s aiding Miles on his journey. But that’s wishful thinking.

Why can’t both universes just have There own number system or something? Also isn’t spiderverse wrong for saying Peter B. Parker’s universe is 616? Also, are we not supposed to look at the movie universes separately from the comic ones? Because if we don’t shouldn’t they acknowledge Spidergeddon and those other spiderverse crossovers. I have to disagree Hector on your comment on Pixar, I'm a massive Pixar fan, and never ever compare Pixar to Disney. You look at Disney animated films they all look the same , especially with their character designs, ask any animator!! And what makes Pixar stand-out even more is that Pixar films all have a unique look and take in each film, they are not carbon copies, and they focus on the storytelling overall. Yes we do see a shift in animation, and I think Pixar will eventually get to that point when they have a strong enough "original" story to go along with it. What makes Pixar unique is that they push the boundaries with animation and testing the limits, yes Sony did a phenomenal way pushing what you can do with animation, but Pixar doesn't have to use that animation if they don't want to, because their storytelling sells on every aspect of what they have to deliver. But can't wait for this film to come out and just enjoy the beauty in the animation and how far we have come to help it evolve, and that especially includes Pixar.
Is it bad that I kind of hope Miles fails in this movie? Especially if there's supposed to be a sequel. It just feels too similar for Peter choosing to find another way and succeeding in Far From Home.
Wait... are there different version of this trailer? I've seen one that had a sort of prologue, showing defining scenes of the live-action Spider-Men before it cut to the actual, animated trailer, but in that it started with Gwen opening the portal and calling out for Miles, whereas the part before that with his parents and 'The Spot' didn't appear at all. I agree on Isaac, though... Poe Dameron was definitely one parts of the sequels that i wouldn't want to loose, even if they retconned the Sequels and in Moon Knight, he just played his damn heart out whenever he was on screen.

Edge of Spider-Verse is the first Secondly: Is Spider-Gedon. There's a few intermediary series if you would like - but also Edge of Spider-Gedon is first Thirdly: Is the current storyline - End of Spider-Verse. Which has another Edge of Spiderverse which just finished being released. Hope that helps

Like if Rachel found out about our universe in doctor strange and named it 616 and Miguel probably Found out about it and Named it 199999 another universe might just call it the Main universe or the MCU universe so I believe that it's both not one or the other. I feel that Miguel is less the bad guy and more the antagonist. I don't think he's evil or a villain; rather, I think he's opposed to Miles for what he feels are good reasons.
