Very well put together video. It is all very well to quickly make paneer, mushroom and other soft vegetable curries. But what about meat (chicken, Lamb, Goat etc) curries ? How do the restaurants prepare different meat curries so quickly? Are the meats pre-cooked and frozen? Also, how do you determine the amount of curry base to use for a given quantity of meat, i.e. how much of curry base should I use to make Lamb curry with 0.5 kg of Lamb?

I seemed to lose the captions at around the time the sauces were being boxed for the freezer. But I think I followed it ok. Not the first time I've encountered such things referred to as gravy. I can't be the only one, surely, that believes gravies are made from the dripping of meat, and what we have here are sauces. Interesting video, I think I'll save it and try to give them a go. Thanks.
