I am from Pakistan and have been settled in the USA for the past 35 years , the city I live in does not have any Indian or Pakistani restaurant. I miss all the desi foods that I grew up with back home, I tried my best to cook desi dishes at home but none of them turned out to be good due to my lack to cooking expertise and experience but after watching few of yours videos and following your instructions finally I was able to cook and enjoy several of my favorite desi dishes for which I am profoundly thankful to you. In the freezer. The best way to store it is to freeze it in ice cubes tray . So that u can take out the needed quantity and use. Ideally, once frozen stuff is taken out, it shld never br refrozen as that is where most contamination occurs
