  • होटल एंड रेस्टोरेंट के अंदर बिना लहसुन प्याज की एक ऐसी ग्रेवी बनाकर तैयार रखी जाती है जिससे 50 से ज्यादा सब्जियां बन जाती है इसको आप लगभग 10 दिन के लिए फ्रिज में स्टोर भी कर सकते हैं और अगर फ्रोजन रखना चाहते हैं तो लगभग 2 महीने भी रख सकते हैं |

    Capsicum-2-3 medium
    Ginger- 5 inch
    Green corinader stems- 1 small bunch
    Cashewnut-15-18 piece
    Whole red chilly-5-7
    Whole coriander-1 tbsp
    Cumin-1 tsp
    Oil-7-8 tbsp
    Turmeric powder-1 tsp
    Kashmiri chilly powder- 4-5 tsp
    Coriander powder-5 tsp
    Cumin- 2 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Bay leaf-2
    Black pepper- 10-12
    Clove-10-12
    Cinnamon-1 small

    Got very good tips like using shimla mirchi to get flavour.
    I usually cook the tomatoes in a pressure cooker to save time.
    Then use only the pulp of tomatoes without water. Afterwards, when all masalas are cooked, the tomato water can be added.
    It's very convenient to use ready to use gravy. I have been doing this for 30 years.

    Chef can this gravy be stored in the de freezer for long shelf life like 10 days or so? Just curious to know if it will retain the taste. Thanks for this wonderful recipe. Today I had ordered a veggi dish from hotel and it looks exactly like the one u made. Will definitely try this.

    Also if you could tell the recipe for - All purpose Cooked Biryani rice. So that the same rice can be used to make Veg & Non-Veg Biryani at the same time.

    We here call these tomatoes as Roma Tomatoes, considered not hybrid, available all the seasons and cheapest by cost say eight cents per pound, Bell Pepper is Shimla Mirch, Cinnamon is DaalChini Jaanemon

    Dhaba style paneer banane k liye bahat try kiya tha ..Video v bahat delha par woh taste nahi bana paya tha jo dhaba/hotel mein milte hai...Lekin yeh video dekhke jabse banana start kiya jabardast taste bana pa raha hu....❤❤❤
