- होटल एंड रेस्टोरेंट के अंदर बिना लहसुन प्याज की एक ऐसी ग्रेवी बनाकर तैयार रखी जाती है जिससे 50 से ज्यादा सब्जियां बन जाती है इसको आप लगभग 10 दिन के लिए फ्रिज में स्टोर भी कर सकते हैं और अगर फ्रोजन रखना चाहते हैं तो लगभग 2 महीने भी रख सकते हैं |

Then use only the pulp of tomatoes without water. Afterwards, when all masalas are cooked, the tomato water can be added.
It's very convenient to use ready to use gravy. I have been doing this for 30 years.
