INGREDIENTS & NOTES
Overall Note: As for milk, I usually go for oat or soy, one a rare day also almond milk. When foamed milk is needed I make sure it’s barista milk I’m using. When testing these, just make sure you go for products you like and enjoy.
#1 Spicy Iced Chocolate 0:48
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
pinch of chili powder, or to taste (i did a little more than a pinch)
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 cup cold non dairy milk (250ml), divided (added ½ cup at a time)
2 tsp maple syrup
ice for 1
optional: additional cocoa powder or cinnamon for dusting over in the end
→ serves 1
#2 Roasted Almond Cold Brew 2:11
wasn’t sure whether to share this one, but if you still want to know my ratios:
¼ cup roasted almonds (35g)
(¼ cup + 1 tbsp) ground coffee (25 g)
2 cups cold water (500ml)
cold non dairy milk, for serving
ice for 2
→ serves 2
#3 Molasses Milk 2:58
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of salt
a few drops vanilla aroma or ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup non dairy milk (250ml)
#4 Fresh Mint & Lime Tea 4:16
the juice of 1 lime
1 lime, cut into slices
15g (0.5oz) mint leaves (about 2 handfuls or however much you want)
2 tsp brown sugar
→ serves 2
#5 Iced Blueberry London Fog 5:32
1 earl gray tea bag
1 cup water (250ml)
⅓ cup frozen blueberries (50g)
2 tsp liquid sweetener of choice
about ½ cup non dairy barista milk (125ml)
ice for 2
→ serve 2 - so divide the blueberry mash, the tea and milk between 2 glasses OR just make 1 at a time :)
#6 Spiced Matcha Latte 7:46
¾ cup non dairy milk (180ml)
1 chai tea bag
½ tsp matcha powder
¼ cup hot water (60ml)
optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup
#7 Cocoa Nib Cold Brew 9:50
30g ground coffee (¼ cup plus 2 tbsp)
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa nibs
100 ml hot water* (⅓ cup plus 2 tbsp)
400ml cold water (= 14 fl oz or 1 ½ cups plus 3 tbsp)
*OR: simply go with 2 cups of cold water total, experiment and see what you prefer!
for serving:
non-dairy milk
ice
optional sweetener
optional dusting of cocoa powder
→ yields 2 cups cold brew, strain everything after at least 5 hours (up to 18 hours) then the cold brew can be kept in the fridge for a few more days
#8 Lazy Iced Mocha 11:50
⅔ cup cold brew* (160ml)
⅓ cup chocolate oat milk (80ml)
ice
→ or whatever ratio you prefer!
For this cold brew I followed the above recipe minus cocoa nibs, and minus the “hot water” method, so I just did 30g coffee + 500ml cold water.
Much love,
Mina

Coming back from school and work and eat your snack with Mina’s video is just top tier happy moment in a day ✨☀️🌱
🥺❤️
My favourite at home drink is either an iced mocha or a watermelon slushie. Basically blend frozen watermelon, lime and mint leaves. So refreshing in summer! 🍉🌱
So excited to try the watermelon drink this summer!!
@@katiepreb3961 it's so good 😍
Deine Videos sind die perfekte Mischung zwischen Koch- bzw Back Videos und alles was dem nahe kommt und ASMR. Sehr beruhigend irgendwie
I usually use coffee ice cubes for coffee drinks because I feel like the normal ones dilute the flavor. I use leftover coffee to make them and sometimes only put some coffee ice cubes in oat milk and they melt in there.
Thank you for the inspiration and for the beautiful voiceover. It was a pleasure to watch 😇💖
That's so smart, gonna do this right now!
had to screenshot this for future reference, thank you
Adding hot water first to a cold brew is called a “bloom” similar to brewing hot coffee, it helps to extract more flavour and caffeine. That’s why cold brew requires longer prep time, as it lacks temperature to speed up the process 😊
doesnt it add the bitterness that we try to avoid with cold brews ?
@@OneD26 not necessarily! bitterness comes with extracting too much (ideal is 18-22%). so by doing a hot bloom, you could reduce the steep time or increase the grind size to balance and achieve optimal extraction. it's all about playing around with the variables to find something that fits your lifestyle & taste!
My favorite home made drink is a ice tea, so just black tea, sugar and lemon juice. Also I'm in a desperate need of a vegan sick foods video 😅
me too! just got covid and i am not here for the chicken broth xD very good idea
@@marakoppe8435 yeah same😂
yes! pls Mina we need vegan sick foods!!
I love flavored green tea + lemonad! brew a bunch of green tea, and then throw in some peaches or cherries or blueberries in the water too, mush the fruit a bit, and then throw it in a big container (take out the tea bags), and then throw in the fridge. After it cools, pour in a glass with some lemonade, sweeten to taste, and it's so yummy! The best summer drink tbh
😍😍😍
- this was such a good video! 🌷
my personal way to enjoy earl grey tea is to mix it with some lavander flowers and then add some liquid sweetener and vanilla soy milk to make some sort of london fog.
sounds amazing!! gotta give it a try, thank you for sharing😍😍
Wait how did you know i developed a fancy drink obsession and have been waiting for you to make a video like this
During my years living in southern Louisiana we used to make a coffee called Creole Coffee which was strong coffee(preferably with chicory), molasses and cream(or creamer). I sometimes hanker for that slightly burned flavor of molasses and add a teaspoon to my coffee. I’ve also used the molasses drizzled over my morning oatmeal. I don’t find a licorice taste but a similar to brown sugar flavor in both.
The reason why you find that drizzling molasses adds a brown sugar flavor is because American "brown sugar" is made by adding molasses to refined sugar. It is distinct from whole cane sugar, which also looks brown in color. There is also unrefined or partially refined brown sugar, which still contains molasses, but the brown sugar you'd usually buy in a supermarket is actually molasses added to white sugar.
That sounds so delish!
ooh definitely gotta try some of these!! my go-to drinks are homemade chai latte, iced coffee with different syrups and iced matcha latte
This video comes for the perfect time! I recently said to my friend that it would be nice to make fancy drinks at home and then you drop this. Thank you, I will definitely try them ✨
Since you have molasses left over, I've found it helps a lot with period cramps! I take 1 tsp every day, and noticed a lot less pain after about two months :D
Love your recipes, I love that they're always so tasty and still very easy to make! Keep it up
The Earl black tea sounds devine. And the mint and lime drink sounds refreshing. 🙂
everytime i can't wait to watch when there is a new video from you 😊
mexican chocolate and london fog sounds delicious to me
I made the blueberry iced tea and it tastes so strange but so yum haha I feel inspired to try more interesting flavours. Also the blueberries are like a natural boba
100% agree, it has a weird but delicious flavour haha! and omg you're right about the berry boba
Your videos are so comfy, and so is your voice and the style. I love your videos and even though I'm not vegan, I'll definitely want to try some of your recipes. This video will come in good use for recreating these :)
Great video!! You’ve inspired me to make some delish drinks at home…thank you!
Mmmm, looks delicious! We've been having some warm weather where I live, these will be perfect to cool off 😎
My favourite cozy drink is definitely Earl Grey. The brilliant taste reminds me of my adventures with my best friend (who also loves it). Now, I just want to say, how much I love you and your videos. I have probably watched all of them, more than once. Your food just looks incredibly delicious and your voice is so peaceful, simple, but yet so real. Thank you for it.🥰🍬
I love my Earl Grey with a splash of Alpro Soy Cuisine as a creamer, and some sweetener of choice. Not fancy but delicious! 😊
That hanna Montana ending had me
i love the audio and editing! this is my 1st vid from you but i’m def gonna subscribe 💗
Pro Tip: Do your cold infusions (coffee and tea both work) in a French press so you wont have to wait while filtering it out. Also when it gets warmer i basically have a full French press of loose leaf green Tea with Ginger and Lemon peel infusing in my fridge, it‘s really refreshing (it does need a little sweetening tho). I wanted to try to do it with Ginseng to make a homemade version of Arizona Ice Tea, but I haven‘t had the chance to do it so far.
Loved this!! I will def be trying a lot of those this week :) thank you xx
Your videos are just so cosy! I love it 🥰
🤓
A way to use up the molasses is fried dough, it’s rly good and you can top it with butter and molasses. My family makes it for big holidays, especially Christmas!
Watching the video and immediately making and enjoying the first drink (btw it's wonderful) whole watching the rest is a whole different vibe
I also often mix my coffee with chocolate milk (soy milk in my case) hot or cold, it‘s so goooood
I recently bought hazelnut syrup and it changed my life when it's about drinks. can really recommend
These look SO GOOOOD
my fave molasses recipe are some cookies that are really good if you want a hearty biscuit/cookie without it being overly sweet. I don't have the recipe to hand but essentially it's oat cookies sweetened with molasses and some brown sugar, with dark chocolate and chopped walnuts and they are really nice. they are kinda tart but I like that
One of my favourite drinks for summer is ice brewed Jasmin tea. Basically you put enough tea leaves for your cup into the cup and then cover it with 2 to 4 ice cubes depending on the amount of tea. Around an hour or two later you are left with a very fragrant and flavourful Jasmin tea „extract“ that can be sived and then filled up with cold water. Very refreshing and light for a hot morning. 😆
Oh i love Jasmine I gotta try this :)
I’m heavily anticipating a cookbook with all those shots 👀
This is the video I didn't know I needed from you
I have a full jar of molasses in my cabinet I bought for gingerbread I didn't end up making so I look forward to trying the molasses milk. Also the mint & lime tea sounds really good. Twilight is my guilty pleasure as well 😂
Its also really good to combine chai tea and espresso
Okay the iced blueberry London fog SLAPS. I'm drinking it with a boba straw right now so I can get all the blueberry pieces! This will definitely be my go-to iced drink this summer!!
just prepared the earl grey tea and cocoa nib brew for tomorrow morning, thanks Mina :)
and we are here to appreciate the beauty behind these homemade café-style drinks- (it's you)
Warm apple cider with a cinnamon stick (or two) never fails to hit the spot! Fruity, spicy, and everything good ☺️
yesss lofi aesthetic queen
this idea just popped into my mind, so i never tried it but: chai tea infused with berries (rasps or cherries probably, add them to the boiling tea and filter all clumps out in the end)! and then either for a chai latte or an iced option :)
THE BLUE BERRY LONDON FOG😍😍😍 earl gray is my favorite
Yummy 😋 Cafe style drinks made at home ( meaning they are cheaper) Love 🥰 this video & love 💞 awesome, beautiful, cool & gorgeous Mina.
Can’t wait to try the blueberry one
during the hotter months i love to make an iced matcha citron tea instead of my usual matcha latte and its soo refreshing
I love your aesthetics videos
I love your stove! I had on in my Apartment in Germany and one in my military quarters in Finthen Army Airfield, Germany ❤️
Beautifilllll!!! Pls try making something like a banana-avocado smoothie, its delicious
Ich trinke gerne heiss oder gekühlt diese Mischung: Thymiantee, Kamillentee, Zitronensaft und etwas Süsse
all look so good!
Thank uuuu
I love ur videos... Ma fave would be the blueberry one, for sure. I have to try it... Ur videos are sooooooo fun :'(
if I have some leftover herbs, I sometimes like to make tea with them :) specifically thyme or rosemary with a few slices of orange, and optionally some ginger, is really nice i think. sage and ginger can be nice as well. ah, and thanks for the drink ideas! :)
You know you're a fan of Mina herself when you despise coffee but still enjoy this video a lot
haha I appreciate it! And hope that the none coffee ideas were maybe more interesting :)
Loved it, thank you!
i`ll try the first one today:)
Im lowkey early! :) I really needed this video
I love anything chai/tea😍
Great video! Really inspired me to do more of theses at home drinks :)
Have you tried chestnut milk ? It’s a non dairy milk by a French brand (a mix of rice oat and chestnut milk), tried to replicate it at home by mixing chestnut paste with a bit of oat milk and cacao, it makes a great desert or snack
Love it! Thank you...
I can’t wait to try all of these drinks! Also this might be weird but where did you get your straw? It’s very cute.
Am I one of the first to comment? Always love your videos! Just to mention, I recently started watching your friend, Emily Ewing. She is so funny and from my home town of Clovis, California!😊
Oh amazing! She is one of the most hilarious people seriously 🥰✨
its a cookbook for sure!
Perfect video to start a fresh day ☘🌷🌼
❤️
Das sieht alles super aus😍
Danke danke 🙏
OMG ARE YOU A MIND READER I looked for those, thankss!
This was lovely thanks so much :))
love you
Plz tell us where you buy all your cardigans from, I'm obsessed (drinks also look amazing 😍)
I have two, not very professional home made drinks i enjoy:
1. Sweet Vanilla Tea
It's green tea, cardamom, cinnamon, a little black pepper, brown sugar and vanilla extract filtered into hot water. It is divine.
2. Hot Vanilla
Boil some vanilla, sugar and hot milk together. Go light on the sugar 👍. Add a cinnamon stick as a stirrer
Do i have a vanilla obsession? Yes
My favorite go-to drink is hot coffee (about 2/3 of the drink) + oat milk + cinnamon powder + any sweetener (unfortunately I couldn’t really be more precise the quantities change each day with my mood haha )
Enjoyed watching this video👍
I’m glad to hear that :)
matcha + chai is also known as a "dirty chai" in some areas!
I think “dirty” usually refers to adding coffee! So dirty matcha is matcha and coffee - also known as military latte or green shot in kr 😊
I'm not sure if this is a thing in Europe but My favorite coffee drink hands down is a Lavender Oat milk Iced Latte! soo good
I've never had that!! sounds delish tho
i watched this video although i won't recreate any of the drinks (i only drink water, basic tea and black coffee). That's how much i like your videos haha :) very random question: in which area of Berlin do you live?
My favourite drink is 'Golden Milk' - its only tumeric, cynamon, a bit of ginger, undairy milk and some sweetner. It is easy and tasty🥤
Bebidas muy originales 👏👏👏💕🌺
If you need ideas for molasses:
*I ADORE molasses so these might sound odd
- I love to use molasses in place of syrup on pancakes! so what I do is top pancakes with coconut yogurt, frozen blueberries, and lightly drizzle the molasses over top (don't use as much as you would normal syrup though!)
- I love ginger molasses cookies or banana bread or even oatmeal (yes, even in spring)
- molasses tastes amazing with almond butter combo (on toast, or pancakes, or yogurt bowl)
- molasses is also great in coffee. what I do is add almond milk, 1tsp molasses, and a dash cinnamon to my coffee. Molasses might taste good in chai as well
ohhh I love these ideas! the almond butter and coffee combo I gotta test out asap!!
@@Mina_Rome Yes yes those are my favorite combos!!
I never thought of adding molasses to my coffee, I love both, I must try this combo! Thanks for the idea 🙂
@@bobbydarker1959 It's great for winter festive flavors!
Ich vergesse immer, dass ich einfach deutsch schreiben kann, weil den Englisch soo gut ist!!😍
You can use the molasses for making simit😋
Was the matcha chai situation nice or?
I lost everything in the dark indie movie 😂
Hi Mina, love your videos 💜 always so cozy.. I'm curious about where you are from.. are you German/American?
Heyy, I just wanted to tell you that "Oatly" is in connection with Nestlé...So it's probably not the best vegan milk (even tho it Tastes really good.. I know) And bc I see how you care I thought this might interests you. I hope u can find something more local and better for the people and Environment. Love ur Videos :)
yasssss
at 2:03 where did you get that sweater from ?! its so cute
You mean the grey orange one? From my mum’s closet haha (I think originally Zara?)
Plz do more recipes with cocao nibs
En mi país se le conoce como agua dulce aunque es de leche XD
This is very random but I saw you use the blue silicone ice cube molds that look like the ones from dm. I have those but the ice always tastes kinda weird?? Was wondering if it's the same for you (or anyone else who has these) or if it was maybe just a one off
Honestly Berlin tab water tastes so weird anyway I’m so used to drinking it that I don’t taste the difference with the silicone ones 😂🥲
@@Mina_Rome ahhh nah I do I mean you're right, Berlin tap water sucks but it kinda tastes sweet in the ice cubes, I thought I hadn't washed off the dishsoap but it didn't go away and now I'm sad
@@hxllxwbxdy oh that is strange that you get a sweet taste from that! Sometimes I try to avoid using silicone spatulas too much as they also give off this weird sort of taste, even when cleaned thoroughly
@@Mina_Rome ahh okay so I'm not the only one, sucks but good to know!
Um i need to know where you got that penguin carafe?
When you described twilight 💀💀💀💀
Hiiii!
Hello there!!
hahaha not the dark romance indie film
Hi Ruby 💕😁
Does anyone have the words for the vid or no
