Hey Mina, that's what I'd call quality content: it's not only packed with lots of yummy recipes, but this minimalistic way of recording paired with your calm voice, was kind of meditative to watch! Thanks for the inspiration. x
Hey I'd really apreciate it if you did these videos 1. Lunch ideas you don't need to warm up (since I can't do that at school) 2. Best apps for vegans (like the peta app)
My personal favourite are fresh spring rolls: rice paper, rice noodles, your choice of veggies (I go carrot, cucumber and cabbage), with cold pan fried tofu and a sauce. I also love soba noodles.
Mina, can I just tell you how much I appreciate you showing the variety of meals that vegans can eat? All too often, I get into a rut of eating the same thing all of the time. You're spreading the message that veganism is truly exciting because of all of the different things that we get to try and all of the fun food combinations that we can create. Thanks for sharing this with us!
im not vegan (which would mean i have a lot more options) and i still end up eathing the same thing over and over again XD. food rut is hard to break out of, specially if you do not have the time or mental energy to plan out before doing your groceries
PLS A VIDEO IN GERMAN...i Just started to learning German and i would love to improve my listening comprehension skill through your amazing videos. I love your ideas!
Probably won’t see this, but the way you cook is soo free-handed and effortlessly creative and looks like something I would want to eat 😍 also the packaging of Vegan foods there are soo pretty, and the variety, they really care for you guys 💯 To top it off you’re like a walking ray of light you just omit this beautiful, positive energy, like you’re just glowing 😩😍
You make eating look so simple, I find deciding what to eat, shopping and cooking always so exhausting. Something to envy, but also so motivating! Thank you so so much for sharing!!
Polenta!!! YES!! more should try it! We eat it often in my country :D goes REALLY well as a side with beans in tomato sauce (and pickles !) or with potatoes sauteed in the skillet! :)
Ngl one of my favorite vegan breakfasts is vegan apple "pie". I usually like to toast oats and cinnamon until theyre crunchy, then i mix them with peanut butter. And then i slice an apple and put it in a skillet with water and cinnamon. I continuously pour in the water until the apple formed a saucy texture. I finish it off with a bit of mapple syrup and a tiny bit of lemon juice. Then i just put the apple mixture to a bowl and sprinkle the oat&peanut butter mixture on top.
@@SkylaSternenlocke i just put them in a pan, lightly toasting them until they reach a really juce golden color. Oh and note that i use instant oatmeal hahah
Hi, hi. First I want to say: I love you videos. Your recipes one are inspired. Your 'What I Eat' are fab. It's so nice to see someone else not always eating full meals and just bits and bobs! The green you got at the store is Lamb's lettuce, aka, corn salad, aka mâche. Sending love!
Love what I Eat In a Week, such creative and delicious recipes! All your food looks so delicious! Hope your doing well too and to everyone reading your beautiful and so amazing!
please keep these video's coming, they're calming, nicely recorded and put together, and they inspire me to make up my own recipes and try out some of yours (i tried your cinnamon rolls, paprika curry chickpeas, apple muffins, and more) :) take care
Please girl keep making these videos You saved my bad breakfast habits I usually dont know what to eat on breakfast since iam vegan but thank for you now I have a good range of delicious breakfasts
Hey ❤️ I just started binge-watching all your videos and I’m obsessed! Finally some fun vegan recipes, that I can actually buy the right ingredients for! I live in Switzerland and can buy the same things as you mention, none the less I love how you say “preheat the oven to 180” because I am so used to having to convert it from Fahrenheit! Keep doing what you’re doing✨❤️❤️
silent watcher finally speaking up. i accidentally stumbled across your vids and i love them. they are so chill. i usually watch them to get inspired if i didn't make a meal plan for a week. also your snack ideas are amazingly creative. have a great day! a fellow german 👌🏻
how could i not make it to the end your videos are so soothing without being boring, plus now i have ideas for what to do with the sweet potatoes i have lying around lol
I had the wholemeal pizzas and looooved them! I used rye bread (I love Finnish or German rye bread), tomato puree, garlic, mixed herbs, tomatoes and the violife cheese :)
I absolutely LOVE your food diaries🤩 I feel so inspired and motivated to cook more vegan every time! (also, I can’t forget your cheesecake you showed in one of your last videos and will definitely make it next weekend!)
I really recommend not putting the sweet potato into the oven, but instead popping it into the microwave for about 5-10 min on its maximum level (depending on the size). It’s sooo much quicker and especially handy if you use it for blending only!!
I watched the entire video and it gave me so many great ideas!! I've been so overwhelmed w/cooking (just starting to adjust my diet to mostly vegan) and this video gave me so many ideas I'm excited to try!!
You should try; chia seeds with almond milk and about a teaspoon of vanilla (more milk than chia seeds) and leave that in the fridge overnight, then use fresh or frozen berries and mash or blend that up by itself. After that scoop out some of the berry purree at the bottom into a glass or a bowl (would recomemd using a glass) and add your chia seed mixture on top. optianol; you could add some more fresh or frozen berries on top and then add some dried strawberries, lastly drizzle some honey on top. It’s really good😊
Chocolate peanut butter oatmeal recipe for anyone who wants it: cook oatmeal like normal and then add 2 tsp of cacoa and 1 tsp sugar. When the oatmeal is done cooking add 1 tbsp of peanut butter and enjoy
feldsalat is lamb's lettuce or corn salad in English. They mainly put it in mixed salad bags where I'm from. Also love your videos, just so chill and relaxing, good meal inspiration. Ik you said its feels weird when you speak german on your channel but i rlly like it as i am trying to learn, just by showing the packaging of food items i am learning more, something they overlook when teaching in schools- like i need to know how order/buy specific stuff.

I love your recipes🌠 Since I'm italian and polenta happens to be vegan, I'm definitely going to try the polenta bowl!! I've never thought about eating polenta that way✨ + I'm so jealous because in Italy we don't have so little (or none) vegan choices at bars, etc... while Germany is full of vegan places 🥺❤️

Try this: cut a date in the middle and put almond butter inside/on top of the date. Cacao nibs on top are good with it too!
I do this and then roll the date in cacao powder
Or put peanutbutter in a date, perfect combo!!!!
Or just put any nuts in the date
