This is exactly the type of lifestyle I want to have. Eating whatever I'd like, without having to be hella strict but still eating really healthy things
Hey idk where ur at with ur food right now but I feel the same way and most of the time now I am able to eat healthy and good portions without too much effort. I used to (sometimes still do but it's becoming less and less) constantly restrict and binge and fast etc. and i just wanted to be healthy and skinny but couldn't resist food after periods of restricting. What I have changed that has helped is eating more whole foods. Stuff like oreos and white store bought bread (in the US at least) i thought were okay in moderation but tbh they make you want more processed stuff and dislike whole foods more. So now i rarely have stuff like that, and have found a bunch of healthy food i like. Look at healthycrazycool's videos, he has great examples of how delicious healthy vegan food is when you make it right. Also Mina has good examples ofc. Just try out some things that look good and eventually u'll probably have a mostly healthy diet just because it makes you feel better when it finally clicks. Sorry that was long but your comment reminded me of my struggle and I hope i helped a bit.
I struggle with disordered eating and I looove how you never mention anything about calories or "unhealthy stuff".. I feel like you just kinda eat what you want and that really inspires me :) also I'm leaving for Germany today and I'm really excited to try out some vegan stuff in the supermarkets there :D
same! I think veganism is great until it gets all muddled up in calories and clean-ness. Such a relief to see a vegan eating balanced meals and snacks and not fretting about macros, honestly so inspiring
I love how your eating habits have changed over time, i feel like you eat a lot more substantial meals nowadays and you even mentioned the supplements you take! Awesome representation of a good and sustainable vegan diet
If the lighting or angles look weird in this sometimes it's cause I am in my new place still trying to figure out what looks good and what doesn't haha
Re: the period thing. That used to happen to me until I turned 28 then the cramps became more frequent. At 30 I was diagnosed with endometriosis. It’s worth asking your doctor about next time you see them. Severe period pain isn’t normal and can be helped 😘
I always want to bake the day before my period, I noticed the pattern after a few months! It’s weird but also really convenient because then I’ve got nice stuff to eat the whole time I’m on my period and lets me know when it’s coming.
Finde deine Videos echt super! Ich bin zwar Vegetarierin, versuche aber trotzdem noch weniger Tierprodukte zu essen und die Videos sind echt hilfreich! LG aus Österreich :)
I don't know why, but your videos are the only what I eat in a day videos I watch! There's something about the simplicity and creativity of your meals that is so delicious and realistic and gives me such good ideas! Plus nutritious on top of it.
I love how honest this is! Like you aren’t just showing what u eat, ur also saying when u went and snacked more. So many vids only show some and don’t say when they got a second serving or anything and it’s so triggering for disordered eating!!
Giiiiirl about your cramps, I’m 26, so a little older than you I think, but as soon as I turned 25 I started struggling with cramps every month as opposed to just every once in a while like you’re describing. But I went to the doctor because they got so bad that it was hard to keep my cool at work (I teach English in South Korea, so LOVED your inclusion of kimchi by the way 👌🏼). One whole side of my uterus was swollen to twice the size of the opposite side, which was causing the pain and which the doctor said was caused by the stressful lifestyle of living here. She said all I can do is try manage my stress better 😅 LONG story short, what I actually wanna say is I think it’s okay if it’s just once in a blue moon (maybe you were just a little extra stressed this month) but there’s no harm in getting yourself checked out and if it starts happening more frequently be sure to go see someone. Please look after yourself! I feel like period things are so easy to like brush off because we need to be strong about it all the time 😆 but pleeease monitor it well! 💛🌻
Wait the cramp thing happens to me too I literally never feel anything or I’m on the floor and can’t move there’s no in between!! But I get it a few times a year
I'm loving this video, your food is stuff i would actually eat. Many times i watch vegan videos and the food has a list of ingredients a mile long with obscure ingredients, but i could actually make and enjoy what you have shown. Ps. i also get crazy bad cramps tot he point i cannot leave the house, i usually alternate a hot-water bottle with eating ice, that takes a bit of the pain away.
Oatmeal is my very basis when I come back home after holidays or a weekend and I have no more veggies leftover + I a very lazy ;) Thanks for all theses good and simple ideas
This was in my reccomended for sooo long and I never watched it, but omg I'm so glad I finally did! Its so much more realistic than some other vegan what I eat in a day videos that Ive seen
I will definitely try out the granola, it looks bomb! Unfortunately I struggle with birth giving period cramps every month😅 Edit: I made the granola and it turned out quite good...some parts are a little to crunchy but that was my fault...you should also be careful with the liquid ingredients, they burn really easily when not being stirred all the time
I just made the granola before, using for the liquids: about 2-3 tsp coconut oil, about 1/2 Tbsp of Tahini (because it was a really thick paste like and bitter tahini) and 1 Tbsp runny almond butter and put also the salt in it. Mixed together it tastes like an amazing salty caramel sauce! And if you don't want to burn it, just put it in a bowl that sits in a pot with hot water in it. And I only cooked it at 150 C° checking frequently. One has to remember that the coconut will crisp up way more after it has been cooled so it doesn't need to be rock solid crunchy when coming out of the oven. :)

I love your channel so much! I’m def going to show this video to my mum, to show her how many options there are for vegan people and how it is a sustainable and substantial diet :)
My mom makes it too, it's delicious, it's made from dandelions or daisies but I think you can do it also from some other flowers. You just cook them with sugar and lemon/orange, you can also add cinnamon. It'll get beautiful honey-like texture and it's super healthy ❤.
hey. just wanted to say that this video is the best 'what i eat in a ___" i find other videos lowkey restrictive and just weird i guess. i love the way you eat. its beautiful, sending love

I loved this video, you gave me so much ideas and inspiration to cook my own recipes, the best part is that ir seems really quick! Thank you so much, be happy!!
Regarding only having cramps some cycles, it could be due to a progesterone deficiency - the most important nutrient for progesterone is fat, so maybe you eat less fat some cycles? Stress also "steals" progesterone - that includes travelling! For some weird reason, our bodies interpret travelling as stress, haha.
So this is the recipe for an amazing vegan chocolate smoothie: 1 frozen banana (you can freeze overnight) 1 cup almond or other plant-based milk ~1 tsp protein powder (I used vanilla) cocoa powder vegan yoghurt (I used plain but flavored would work too) cashews or other nuts Blend in a blender or food processer, until cashews are very small. Top with mandarin orange slices and nuts (I used cashews).

Übrigens bitte ein Rezept zu deinem selbstgemachten Kimchi, sieht suuuper lecker aus!😍
Hey 🙃 You said you take vitB12, iron and Vit D sometimes - I just wanted to remind you of selen to take since the plants normally don‘t get enough from the soil in germany... just the animals get it substituted in their food...
This all looks delicious! The extreme cramps could be an ovary issue. I'd heard that only one releases an egg at a time, but then I would think the pain would be more often not every few years. That's a huge bummer. I hope you can figure it out and lessen the pain. Heat pads and hot drinks always worked wonders for me.
Regarding your period cramps, there could be two reasons, as my doctor told me. One is stress, the other could be constipation. Since you follow a vegan diet with plenty of fruit and veg, and fibre, that could explain why it's only a couple of years that you suffer.
I've had those awful period cramps every month since I was 13. But for the last half a year or so my cramps are not that bad, it's just that I have zero energy. Anyway, love your recipes, they all look soooo delicious 😍
