Hi, Nikki, I am very familiar with calling somethin after the brand-name from the one , who first invented it. In Germany there is a brand for tissues, called " Tempo" and in my country all Tissues are called after this brand name, like . " Do you have a Tempo for me "". Funny...

What does the nutritional yeast do for the French toast??
Good question! It gives the milk mixture a little more creaminess and depth of flavor. I found it's too light without it. Hope you enjoy!

I know it seems odd but it adds depth to the milk mixture and makes it taste creamier. It doesn’t taste like cheese I promise lol
