  • Fishing Sheringa Beach Eyre Peninsula, South Australia is an amazing place for beach fishing and camping and caravanning. So if you are into beach camping this wind protected campground is only 200m from Sheringa Beach fishing spots. We were Australian Salmon fishing but had no luck with Australian Salmon, however we caught Australian Herring (Tommy Ruff) for dinner. We used circle hooks, burley springs, salted Pilchards, salted Mullet and Tommy Ruff for bait. Fishing Sheringa Beach which is located on the Eyre Peninsula was so easy as the road is for 2 wheel drives and the camp site is suitable for tents, campervans, caravans and RVs.
This was a great camping spot. To book a site refer to this link book.eyrepeninsula.com.au/she...

🎣 Hi Linda and Martin, -
In a video, I have seen an angler with his orange painted sinkers, hopefully to attract fish to his baited hook,! ... 🐠
I imagine another colour or combinations cud work too,! ... 🎣 🙂

Great video! You guys definitely have beach fishing figured out. But like you said, the fish don't always play the game how they're supposed to! You still got a feed- well done!

Yes they would have been great smoked. It's always a tough call to use them for bait. They are such good eating 😃

It was a perfect day and such an amazing spot. Yes we've slowed down on the video production lately. Life keeps getting in the way 🙄. Got a few waiting to be made. Next one is Mount Camel. Another top spot!

Fishing Sister on the track down from the surfers stairs to the camp site (Back beach) theres a few driveways that lead to little breaks in the rocky shoreline that fish just as good without the sand dune climb. You can get Sweep off the cliff tops to your right .First beach goes off for Salmon too .After a big blow the sand on Back beach goes and gets very snaggy.

Thanks 😄. Would be good to spend a few days there and try out all the great spots to fish. Sounds like a really diverse range of fish could be caught along there
