The unfortunate thing here is there is so much truth mixed in lies that a believer without spiritual discernment will not know what to believe. Individually seek Christ for answers in earnest.

OMG!! I love what Bishop Carlton just said. I am a person that was hurt by the church. I agree with every word he just said on this video. I feel the people commenting in a negative way about him should listen to what he is saying. Jesus took away the sins of the world...but they dont know it yet..and we must tell them....but what is done? ....more things are added to the message... it gets clouded. Thank your Carlton for breaking it down.

So then why preach? The world doesn't need to know if everyone is saved. When you die you'll be good. So he's preaching to make money? You don't have tell people to breathe. That's a natural process. So then everyone is saved then they're good, so need for preaching. The bible also says that people need to be converted and be saved.

That Bishop Van Gayton is deep. I agree with him in the aspect that YES, we need to show the world love, but YES we are still called to tell others about Christ and present him in a way that will compel mankind to accept and live for Him. It doesn't matter Mr. Pearson if people were coming to you. You were to go to people. You didn't need to change your whole doctrine to reach the Hindu, Muslim, etc.

God is love. Point blank. God does not always love our ways that mau be against His way, but we have the opportunity to be redeemed from a particular sin. The Holy Book says that, "We all fall short of His Glory" , but that does not mean we should continue to live in fallen short stage. I respect Bishop Pearson, whatever people may say or feel about him and his teachings. I look to him as a person.

The first Bishop who spoke sitting next to Bishop Pearson said one GREAT THING. He said, “God knows more than I do.” So then if you don’t know AS MUCH as God, then that means you don’t know EVERYTHING about how God moves. So since you don’t know everything about God then you have to leave room for possibilities about God OUTSIDE of what you believe.

Allow me to make clear of what Bishop Pearson believes about Hell.
He has said that there is no hell, AS WE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT. He believes that here is a hell, but it's the one that we, as people create for each other and ourselves.
I loved his quote @ 7:33, when he says that, "Most Christians don't believe in 'finished work, they believe in your addtional work." How many of us are like that? Believing that we have to do additional stuff, when Jesus said,
    "It is finished."

Even Jesus said “And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd” in response to the Tibetan man who has not heard of Christ. Carlton Pearson's problem is one which many have who have LEARNT how to play church. Those who have LEARNT pentecostalism. However, it is time to get out of the church and into the Kingdom. How? Through the WORD of God. Jesus never came to preach denominationalism, or great TV ministries or accolades of me. He preached TRUTH! All we can do is pray for brother Pearson, however false teaching is like leaven which Jesus spoke about. It can be contagious, which is why we need to speak out!

But hell originally was made for the devil & the fallen angels who followed him...........but men have followed satan knowingly & unknowingly...thus called deception. God is Holy & Just, & sin will be punished, but God gave us All a way out, He sent Jesus,

Carlton Pearson said that we're never told to get anyone saved, I have to do. We are told to preach the gospel and they that believe shall be saved. We are told to disciple people (which mean to teach people to live after the manner of Christ) We are also told to preach a gospel of repentance, if their is no hell, why is their a need to repent, if there is no conditon to salvation, why repent. Salvation is a work of grace (indeed) by BY FAITH, which faith without WORKS is dead.

Carlton Pearsin uses the scriptures that says as in Adam ALL men dies so in Christ all are made alive. This is a example for the Inclusion Doctrine that he believes in & teaches. HOWEVER, he totally overlooked the fact that we inherited the sin from the 1st Adam which he had a choice in doing. Therefore, the last Adam came to deliver us from the sin we all inherited from the 1st Adam. But just like Adam had a choice to sin or not therefore we ALL must choose the last Adams REDEMPTIVE works in order to be set free from the inherited sin that was passed down on us by the 1st Adam. SIN CAME BY THE CHOICE OF A MAN, THEREFORE OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS MUST ALSO COME BY THE OF MEN NOT GOD!

We are now in the era of apostasy. People are taking God's word the wrong way. Where there is sin, grace is abound. True , but they are saying it as if there's no need to repent or even live a holy & separated life because like they say where there's sin, grace is abound. In other words we've got a license to sin because the more you sin, the more God's grace will cover you. Don't be deceived people! That's why they say you better know God for yourself.

I'm late on this but I agree with you wholeheartedly! That is why I've left the faith of my upbringing because of "contradiction and inconsistency" that I see in the "Church." I've begun to realize that most Christians or those who claim to be "saved" don't even really know what they believe in but they are quick to quote select bible verses to support their agenda whether it's scripturally accurate or not. Most times it is not..

Part 3 under a Law/works mentality, if they do wrong/sin they feel guilty, dirty, unacceptable, it's called condemnation. That is what satan uses to keep you from believing in the power of The Blood of Christ that continually cleanses your soul (mind, will, emotions). When Grace is taught biblically correct, when you realize that all your sins forever are forgiven, you know God loves you fiercely, you then don't want to sin, it's easier to Love & Live for Christ. You're not sinless, You sin LESS

I thought you agreed with Mr. Pearson? One must accept the sacrifice that was made for them to be forgiven. Because it was and is in Jesus' Sacrifice that forgiveness is atoned. One is made righteous not by their good works but by the Blood of Jesus. Why do you keep saying that, He died for all so all are forgiven. NO. If I gave you a gift, but you don't accept it, then how is it effective? I guess you have never studied the tabernacle sacrifices? Old Covenant & New Covenant?

Every religion, including Christianity, has its scholars, its sacred book, its system of beliefs, and they are used to defend their convictions, and to, in many cases discredit anything that stands in opposition to it.
Just like Dr. Gayton pointed out the passage in the Qu'ran, I'm quite sure that someone else pointed out something in the bible that presented a challenge.

Carlton Pearson says that God spoke to him and told him that
everyone is going to Heaven, and that there is no Hell, and that even Gays and
    Lesbians are going to heaven.
So let's analyze his message, and we can prove very easily
    who spoke to Carlton Pearson!
First, he says that "everyone is going to Heaven"
regardless of what you do (period).
But Jesus says that you must repent: Matthew 4:17 From
that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven
    is at hand. Matthew 5:20
For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the
righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into
    the kingdom of heaven.
So not only must you repent, but you must also live
(Righteously), or there is no situation on earth (NO CASE!) in which you can
enter into the kingdom of Heaven.
Secondly, Carlton Pearson says that there's no
    "Hell".
But Jesus says that hell does exist, and that not only will
your body and soul be destroyed, but it will be done in "Hell": Matthew 10:28 And
fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but
rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
So who spoke to Carlton Pearson? (Satan!) The Great
    Deceiver!
So who are you going to fallow, Jesus and (GOD), or Carlton
    Pearson and (Satan)?
In fact, Jesus even speaks of people like Carlton Pearson,
as he laid down the commandments of God's laws in which we must follow to be
saved. He explains that those who teach people against the Bible are seen as the
lowliest people on earth by those in heaven, and those who uphold the Bible's
teachings are considered the greatest by those in heaven.
    Matthew
5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least
commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the
kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall
be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
So not only is there a "Hell" but Carlton Pearson
    will be there!

    Very good point, Daweddigdiva!
The issue is really not about going to heaven, but about being transformed into the image of the Son, that is we must be born again. The fact that those who are born again will go to heaven is merely the culmination of what Christ died to give us!
Christ died to set us free from our sinful nature, which is death for the wages of sin is death. Spending eternity with the Lord is the culmination of that.

So, basically Bishop Gayton, and quite honestly many other believers, would rather present the "Theology of Redemption" over the "Theology of Creation". It seems to me that we do not understand that one doctrine separates while another one unites, and the church chooses the one that separates.

Rom. 10:9 says that if thou wilt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus thou shall be saved..We must come to Jesus and ASK FOR FORGIVENESS OF OUR SINS.....COME ON NOWWWW.

As we see in John 17: 2, the ONLY other question that we MUST ASK OURSELVES is: "How many where given to the Son???"
And this will tell us how many will be given Eternal Life!!!
John 3:35 The Father loveth the Son, and hath given ALL THINGS into his hand.
Aha!!! All things were given, and if ALL THINGS were given, then all things MUST be given ETERNAL LIFE!!
    IT is simple deductive LOGIC!
Would you know ANYTHING about that??

Well you forgot that Hell is cast into the lake of fire (Rev.20:13). If your name is not written in the book of life you will be cast into the lake of fire. (Rev.20:15). All sinners will stand at the Great White Throne Judgment and will be Judged by what is written in the books about their life. (Rev.20:11-12)

Romans 16:17-I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. No one is guaranteed tomorrow ( even though we may attempt to create the illusion that we are). The fact is God condemns no man; every man makes his choices & castes his die. Paul said don't be deceived. because he knew some people would wrongly CHOOSE HELL in self-deception. This is the clear implication of the I Cor 6:9 intro.

John 3:16 key word is believe on and not perish. it is the will of God that non shall perish but come to repentance (2 peter 3;9) Exekiel18:4 talks about all souls are mind but the soul that sins shall die. Salvation is available but it takes 1. faith because you cant please God without it 2. Repentance or turn and believe by confession or acknowledgment of who God is and what he has done. there is a perishing for people who don't believe

@NotoriousNYNJ If everyone is saved then we would focus more on understanding each other versus being judge over anyone we don't like or don't hold our views. Everyone doesn't have to hold the same views about God but we do need to get along and treat everyone fairly...that's where our energy is needed the most.

Knowing that there is a god does not answer the question "What happened to those who died never knowing'. This know-it-all never really answered this. What he should have said is 'I dont know". And furthermore doesnt god say his will shall be done? So if gods desire is salvation, it should be done.

Maxwell I don't understand your comment. When people make that comment (namely Christians), they are referring to Jesus/god coming back to judge us SOON. Now, they don't make it clear what "last days" actually mean. Does last days mean in the next 10 years? hundred years? 1000 years or what? prophecy has supposedly been coming to past since Jesus came and left. However, according to biblical scripture, we aren't to know when he's coming back so how do we know what exactly is "last days"? According to the bible, he was supposed to had came back before the disciples tasted death but nothings happened so far.

The wages of sin is death...If were are justified by the law there's no need for Jesus .The law of sin and death.Should our unrighteous lives magnify God's Grace? If that's the case how can God judge the world. In that scenario God died for nothing.
How can we continue in sin if we died with Jesus. If the dead don't rise to life and goodness.
Children of God.Come to God .If the salt loses it's flavor what good is it?Salt is a preservative.

When GOD / Jesus said he didn't come to abolish the law but to fulfill it he was the( only one) that could and made all thing's knew and placed us under grace that we all may be save through Christ Jesus. Know you do have that option to live under law if you are attempting to be prefect like Jesus which I highly doubt that any man could achieve. But sorry hone I'm under grace and save by the blood of Jesus Christ

Part 1 Hebrews 9:22 Hebrews 10:1-21, Hebrews is awesome. It speaks about the Law, not just the 10 commandments, How Aaron had to offer sacrifices for himself then for the people to enter the Holy of Holies within the veil. But Jesus is our High Priest according to the order Melchizedek, God appointed men to be high priests, But God appointed Jesus as Our High Priest according to a New Covenant, the old covenant is finished by the cross. Every year sacrifices had to be made again & again & again

B, clarification doesn't work with those who are personally, financially, etc., invested in creating that hell for themselves & others mostly because it's the only behavioral pattern they understand, which is GOI terrifies them. having grown up around them, I know that for many of them, it's easier to just call CDP everything but a child of God than it is to undertake the daunting, lengthy yet powerful work of freeing oneself from the doctrine of institutionalized self-loathing.

As a response to Dr. Gayton when he said about the Imam [Muslim Minister] Christianity, Judaism and Islam are monotheistic Faith that beiieves in one God and the trinitarian Doctrine was then / is now not taught by Jesus at all. The trinitarian Doctrine was imposed by the Council of Nicea circa 325 AD and when Folks start to study Events which lead to things in their present states, they'll get a better understanding on what's happening! I mean no disrespect that's intended on my end.

Bishop Van Gayton said it in one simple "WHAT must I DO TO BE SAVED..."
Carltons whole False Gospel is shot down. No one is automatically saved until they confess Christ and believe in his heart God raised Him from the dead.
All the others remind me of Jobs friends trying to correct him but all were wrong.

No. What he was saying was if you don't believe in the finished work of Christ, which applies to all creation, then maybe you are not a believer, because according to Christian doctrine, you have to believe in what Christ did. Christianity says it only applies to those who have confessed it, everybody else is a lost cause.

I have always liked Lexi, but she is concerning me of late. I agree with loving people where they are, but it should not compromise belief of the Word of God and His way. I have seen her seem like she is walking a thin line a lot just to make the person feel comfy. Sometimes I don't understand what exactly she believes. Even approaching people in love, we still have to guard our hearts, just like I had to pray before I watched this. :-)
