Hey bro, I have a question I have a 2g 1995 gst with a 6 bolt bottom end swap with a 2g head, can you use the same 2g master cylinder or u need to swap it with a 1g master cylinder? I have a act2100 clutch 6puck sprung. As of now when they installed the new 2g master cylinder they removed the little restrictor that sits in the master cylinder. Please help with any info.
hey man i been looking for info on the kiggly racing crank trigger kit with the 2gb cas i will be running this since im tuning with my black box but there is no video out there on how to do this so if you make one id deff be sure to check it out 100%
@EvoIDSM Right on 😎. I'm actually going to dropping a Kiggly Racing Crank Trigger kit install video soon, just needs to be edited... it's basically done, so stay tuned and subscribe if you havent done so already so you can get that notification once it drops online.
I’m sure it’s a good video but I also think that not every 7 bolt owner needs to swap it for the 6 bolt. 7 bolt engines have proven to be strong and reliable as well, it’s all about maintenance
Hey bro you mentioned that a 7 bolt transmission would bolt up to a 6 bolt engine.Ive been looking at both engines and it seems like the bolt up pattern looks different. I also have been looking everywhere to see if how it would bolt up and I can't find anything .I'm new to the dsm world but I'm following a ton of forums and still can't find anything.uour help would be much appreciated
You will be reusing your 2g starter plate (since you are using a 2g tranny). To mate the 2g tranny onto a 6 bolt, you will be using only three of the front bell housing bolts (2g 7 bolt blocks use 4) and also one m8x1.25x60mm bolt in the rear (under the starter) to properly tighten the tranny onto the 6 bolt block.
I just bought a 92 6bolt eagle talon, to swap out my 7bolt out of a 99' gst. I'll be visiting your channel frequently
the best and accurate video on swaping.keep it up

So you need the kiggly kit to act as the crank sensor and also use the cam sensor as well?
Correct, unless you plan on using the 1G CAS... if you are planning to go that route.
Thank u so much for your vids
I appreciate that bro. 👍😎
