The Han Yang Ru Yi (涵阳如意) online course is an excellent program suitable for anyone, with or without existing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) knowledge. The lessons are structured in a way that everyone can follow, regardless of previous experience or qualifications, making them:
    • Easy to learn.
    • Quick to practice.
    • Produce actual results.
The first element taught in this course focuses on the "Yang aspect," which is all about stretching. The stretching syllabus Master Dennis shares in the online program originate from Shaolin and is called Yi Jing Ba Shi (易筋八姿). The Shaolin Stretching syllabus is an essential part of learning Han Yang as the movements and postures open up the body, and activate the fascia and energy channels in the body so that the blood and energy (Qi) can move together. It will also vastly improve a practitioner's overall health.
The second area of focus in the course is the "Yin aspect." This area focuses on the Han Yang essential exercises and the 15 Movements. These precise movements (Qi Gongs) are practiced slowly and calmly to create a state of calmness until you eventually enter into a state of stillness. Through daily practice, you will finally begin to sense, experience, and control the electromagnetic energy in your body, which you can then use to improve the health of others, using the 'Healing Protocol' taught and demonstrated in the later stages of the course.

I have been fortunate enough to receive Yang Shou Gong instruction from Jimmy (the patient) and meet / learn from Master Wang and can say that what you see is very real and something very useful in the world right now. Thank you to both Master Wang and Jimmy for their past help and guidance and for sharing. 🙏

Ah, where did you meet them? I've met both Jimmy and Master Dennis too, and will be seeing him again in May. I mainly study YSG also, but since Master Dennis is visiting England I thought yeah, I better attend, hah.

This was actually my first Chinese martial art. And certainly what sparked my interest in the rest of them after already being in tkd and shotokan karate for 10 years

I like the way he talks about Qigong, very down to earth and practical but also rooted in the traditional cosmology

And well to be technical I suppose what is called qi gong (chi gong, any exercise that works with and or develops the ammount, quality or use of the energies within the body) and also this "yi gong" which from what I understand is about the intent or power of the mind and it's influence of the chi in the body as well as all other bodily functions

Yeah - Yi gong, that’s what my Sifu is transmitting. I’m a holistic therapist and this all makes sense as I’m learning to yin the body and yang the Yi. Pure gold ☮️☯️☮️

Is this course for healers only to address patients or is there self healing/DIY?

    • @LiShuBen
      @LiShuBen 7 месяцев назад +2

The course is mainly self healing, after you learned how to do it to yourself, you learn how to apply it to others.

Cheuk Fung is the only one who masters in "Yi" in YiQuan art.
You should look for him to reveal the real "Yi" art in YiQuan before he brings the art with him into the coffin.
He is quite old now I believe.

I remember going to some classes in SF. Very skilled indeed.
But to say he is the only one who masters "Yi" is as inaccurate as saying cage fighters are the only ones who have mastered fighting. There are many Masters throughout history who have chosen not to teach, but high have attained very high levels of understanding universal principles. Other cultures have these tools too and have developed certain abilities as well. 8 Billion people. None of this is special. It's quite natural. Everyone can access these energy fields with practice and playful exploration.
      Blessings.

I don't believe this guy is a fake; qigong therapy looks a little different, from system to system, or from master to master. If you have experience with authentic qigong therapy, you understand what you're seeing. And you know why I'm saying that this guy appears to be legitimate. From the outside, qigong therapy looks like some guy ( or girl ) just waving their hands around, and the "client" is acting like they feel something; from the inside, from training in the methods that let you gather energy, store energy, and direct energy, from feeling that energy directed towards you, it is a completely different experience. If you really want to know if these methods are valid, find a qualified teacher, near you---or go to one---and throw yourself into the training. In a fairly short time, practicing one to three hours a day, you will have your answer, the answer that only direct experience can give.
