I have said it before but if you can push through the pain you can realign your posture. I was in a horeback riding accident. 13 years later i crawled into hospital. They recommend surgery. 2 years later doing chi gong and this video i have fixed my back. It can be done. The doctors ask was it a chiropractor. I dont believe they could have done what thos did. Your actually moving bones into place. Truly amazingly. This is the way.

Gloria, these are just a way of coping with life's stresses and to strengthen your self physically and emotionally and spiritually. Yes you can still be a Christian and practice this. I'm a Muslim and somewhat agree with you in some of the things you say. The exercise for our souls is to pray to God.
But these are just a way of life. As long as some of its practices do not clash with your religion then its not a bad thing to do.
Like for example, the bowing down side of things I won't be doing as I only bow to god.

@@maniahmed4219 Hello Mani. It would be very helpful to have a foundational basis of under standing of scripture. God's word, the Bible. What you are saying here is that we can take some practices from other teachings and intermingle them with God's word. When we mix practices with God's word it is like smearing mud on the wind shield of our understanding. Mani, the things, words I say are not my own, I say what Jesus says. We pray to God the Father to worship , to praise , to seek His face. He dose want us to have a relationship with Him. We are told if we are born again to boldly enter in to His presence before the thrown grace. He loves us, He sent His son to die for us God is merciful and good. Dan.

"DONT LET THE WEAKNESS ENTER INTO YOUR BODY!"
-Such an honor and a privilege to be able to watch and learn from these brilliant masters. I never could have dreamed up this being possible for someone such as myself here in Southern Oregon. The genuine welcoming feeling into this community is not like I ever imagined it being. Ive searched for a long time, perhaps most my life, and never found anyone near myself whom I would like to learn from. The inspiration I feel coming from the energy transmitted between two people with such concentration gives me much hope in the possibilities of the future. As long as I remain disciplined and don't give up the training, I know it's possible to keep up my commitments with such encouraging and enduring instruction. To one day feel fulfilled with my mind and body. The concepts of the energy and the intention of the mind being in harmony is slowly but surely coming along deep within my consciousness and my being.
Thank you for sharing these subtle and effective methods.

I'm 64 and have been practicing this daily, since maybe 6 months. I had a feeling it was preparing my body -and focus, for something but had no idea what. Turns out I already had a heart condition and had an attack just very recently; got two stents installed. But I was able to return to this practice almost immediately - just a minimal disruption of 4-5 days, and all the practices feel even better now. I credit this practice with the resilience my inner body achieved. This practice, plus all the breathwork with Master Shi Heng Yi. Thank you Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan 🙏, I am grateful. so now you are found? Do you know what you are saying? Found means you were lost, lost without God in this world In the Biblical sense it means saved from going to hell by you personally accepting what Jesus did on the cross. If that is not what you meant Jesus is not your savior and you are not saved from going to hell. Shi Heng Yi is a dangerous man. He is leading many thousand of lost people astray. If you want to know the truth seek God in the Bible Jesus said, I am the truth I am the life I am the way and no man comes to the Father but by me. Is that the truth or is Jesus a liar. You have to know! Jesus said seek and you shall find. But don't seek false prophets like Shi Heng Yi.

Sifu Shi, you guys rock, deep bow to you ;-) I've done these exercises only twice in two days, and all of my body, especially the centre of my body, already feels like new, and much stronger! I've been struggling with invalidating lumbar back pain after an accident, for most of my life. I've learned many self-treatment methods, could repair much damage and get most of my life back. Still, I'm up against ageing and the latest months, the pain came back again in a new form. I tried all kind of exercises with no to very little effect.
Then I found this class, tried it, and within 2 days things changed dramatically.
The contraction exercises for the belly and the buttocks did not make the pain entirely disappear, but made it manageable, and I'm now confident, with continued practise, the pain will go away. It's disheartening how little our doctors understand of the human body and especially its biomechanics. All the doctors could offer me is surgery and painkillers, and I know from experience that neither of them really will make my life better, only create new problems.
I've been practising Tai Chi Chuan Yang style for 30 years, some QiGong, lots of meditation and mindfulness, and this exercise brings everything together on a new level.
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us.

Wu Song - 5 relaxation methods. Loosening, releasing, getting rid of, state free of tension.
Principle - Want freedom, need to learn the restriction and limited. 1. In order to know relaxation, we need to know and use tension. 2. Identify the 2 states of body in fine detailed parts: loose/ relaxed/ stress free and the other is full of tension, compression, stagnation of your strength/energy. Questions such as "How is your arm, legs, belly?" Is it loose? Can it be more loose? Is it neither loose or tense, is there another state in between?
    1. Balance of 5 elements in body and hand
Thumb = Earth, upright to the sun, stability, steadiness, grounded.
Index finger -wood, point out to different direction, third eye, focus, aiming.
Middle finger - Fire, tallest, active, moving forward.
Ring finger - metal, gold, protection yourself, shield around you, external strength.
Pinky finger - Water, weakest, finest, most gentle, to form a fist, last finger starts first, building the fundation of fist.
    2. Chest , exhale breathe with a sound 'Ahhhh".
    3. Inhale in belly, compress and exhale with hollow, 'o' shape of lips, air out smoothly through.
    5 Exercise
    1. Shou Song - Hand relaxation - Form Fist, keep tight for 2 minutes, relax. Repeat 3 times
    2. Xiong Song - Chest relaxation - Breath in the chest, hold for 9 seconds, exhale with "ahhh" sound. Relax. Repeat 8 times.
    3. Fu Song - Belly relaxation - Breath into the belly, hold breath for 9 seconds, squeeze all muscle around belly area. Exhale with "Ooooh" sound. Repeat 8 times.
    4. Tun Song - Buttock relaxation - imagine to crack walnut with buttock. Hold 2 mins the maximum strength, don't let the body leak. Repeat 3 times
    5. Tui Song - Legs relaxation - Keep tension on thighs, for 10-15mins. While holding tension, slightly bend legs, and straighten legs without loosing tension.👊

This the secret of success in the practice. I was learning the rooting almost during hole training at the beginning and I continue to learn and to improve my rooting years later. From outside it is looking like she is doing nothing, but the healing effect only from this one exercise is huge! This is true, the secret is in details often not taught and not explained. I was suffering for years, I worked too hard, lifted too heavy, I was a dressmaker, and a nanny for very small kids. I was suffering chronic pain, and I just couldn't do anything anymore. If I tried workouts of any kind, I would only hurt myself more. I couldn't even swim, I was just too stiff. I had pinched nerves, bad posture, and this constant pain in my right shoulder blade, that felt like someone was holding claws in my back. My mood was miserable, and I felt dread and anxiety. I am so active, I can't stand such a condition.
I received some ear acupuncture and it started to unblock a bit, but the pain was still there, so the little nerve painful electric shocks every time I do my chores at work.
Driving was unbearable I felt like my right shoulder would fall off.
A week ago, I discovered this channel, and I started doing a short morning routine "use it or lose it" but then as I watched more videos I just did more of what was shown here. I guess I started the wrong way, before I watched this exact video that explains the details of each move and breathing.
But even if I didn't do all of the workouts right, I still had benefits. Each day my balance was better, my pain was less and less. I did 50 min of this routine last night, and I really focused on my fists until I felt I was doing the right thing. I thought my fists would be sore later. But the opposite happened.
The more effort I invested, the better I felt after. My fists are usually painful, I just recently had a pinched nerve in my thumb, that went all the way to my shoulder on the other side.
But after squeezing, breathing and all that is happening in this video, I felt so relaxed, painless, I slept so well and woke up with no stiffness. It only took a week, and I already have better results than any therapy I had prescribed, and medications, I thought I may need surgery.
Now I get excited each morning to do one of the routines, before work. One day I missed it and I felt miserable. I feel like I got this magic remedy that works just like a drug! Also if you miss it you feel worse!
I am so grateful and I haven't felt good inside my body for so long. I am standing tall now, I walk with no pain or effort and I smile for no reason!!!!

I notice that your dog is relaxed, loosened, releasing, vital, strong, healthy, sleeps well, has no anxiety and much joy with very little effort. Maybe the dog should do a video?
At Playback Speed of 0.25, I thought I saw your dog do a Taijiquan set:
Trot on dirt. Find soft spot. Hover over spot. Standing posture, all four legs are hip and shoulder distance apart. Hear something in the distance. Stillness posture. Step forward. Lie down, elbows aligned with hips. Stillness posture. Look left. Look right. Come back to center. Resist desire to move creeping in. Roll over. Play dead. Sink Qi for long time. Sit up. Twitch ear right. Twitch ear left. Feign boredom. Standing posture. Look at Master. Look down. Play in dirt. Drag foot right. Drag foot left. Standing posture. Drag foot left. Drag foot right. Prance in circle. Look up. Smell food in distance. Tail straight out. Push off with rear legs. Run toward food.

Same thing I almost passed out a few times glad I decided to do it sitting down the first time. Thank you for this video and all that you share with the world. I just started but I'm hooked first time. This is what I've been needing or what has needed adjustment for some time now. Inspired, focused and ready for change.🙏

    • @romedbucher2854
      @romedbucher2854 Год назад

You may want to slow down a bit, if you sweat and almost pass out! Too much energy is just as bad as too little. Energy build-ups that you aren't able to release can be very damaging. This warning is actually included in the video and should be taken seriously. What you're describing sounds like an overdose of oxygen in the brain, seen with western medical eyes. This makes you feel high, gives you a rush, but when it also draws a sweat, that's a clear sign you are stressing your system, and that's just the opposite of what these exercises are meant to do. It could also be a CO2 overdose, depending on what your lungs are capable of and how long you held your breath. Neither is a good thing in the long term.

Eu adorei.
    obrigada Mestre Shi 🙏
