To me, it sounds like what Taylor did was pretty awesome. She saved his ass yet picked one of his songs so that he could still do what was asked of him. And she just happened to know one of his songs on piano? Wow. Pretty impressive.

I didnt know Dave Grohl wrote songs? I knew he played drums in that band "Nirvana" Thats' right, he formed his own band and plays guitar. I forgot about that?

"...Breathe out, so I can breathe you in...hold you in". It's a beautiful love song, every time I've played it live, I look my girlfriend in the eyes and sing it to her.

He was saying that foo fighters rescheduled their concert from wembley to west ham stadium in order to let taylor swift play at wembley, and then he said that her fans are crazy at the point they try to attack online and cancel everyone who thinks different than them (his daughter had to shut down her twitter account for receiving death threats from swifties).Then he said "you know what, let me demonstrate this, i'll say something that isn't true just to trigger swifties" and that's it, here comes the part where he says that he make errors because he actually sings live without backing tracks.

I wasn't always a Taylor Swift fan. Tho my opinion has certainly changed. When this girl (tho i know her as a woman now) is in her "moments, her realm, element, etc, something always happens. It becomes a really special time for a whole lot of ppl and no one ever forgets.

Based on what I've seen/heard she seems to just have a really good ear for "translating" songs to the piano. I remember Todrick posted videos of him singing from The Little Mermaid with her accompanying him on the piano seamlessly sans sheet music and it seemed more improvisational than anything she sat down and memorized.

a) felt the party kick into high gear at 10:30, his planned time of departure
b) was out of it

I mean, how much later than 10:30 did all this take him to? I would say at LEAST 2 hours. He can't just sing and then say "Ok-bye!" He has to stick around now and schmooze, and join in with any other songs people are playing...

I ran into David Grohl years ago at a teeny Irish pub over by Fairfax and WIlshire. We were both checking out an unknown singer. Totally down to earth and happy to talk with people. Truly one of us
What I think is cool about Dave saying he had to drop his kids off at the bus stop in the morning, is because he clearly want’s his kids to have the experience of growing up as ordinary children and not as the pampered kids of a multimillionaire being chauffeured to school in a limo. When you’re a child the simple act of riding on the school bus is a very formative experience. I’m sure Dave has assistants who could drive the kids (and possibly did the day after this particular party) but the idea that he gets up early to take them to the bus stop is nice. Oh, and the part where Taylor Swift played one his songs in front of Paul McCartney was also pretty cool too.

When I see interviews with Dave, I can only think of gratitude. Because he is very good at what he does, excellent professional, humble, very good songwriter, and super drummer. I have my own "soundtrack" of foo fighters on my cell phone, they are songs that put me up, make me reflect, boost me, and remind me of my adolescence. Thank you very much Dave, Pat, Nate, Taylor for sharing your talents with the world.🇧🇷❤
