Bright and snappy colour scheme, a classic restoration thanks to all those volunteers and fund raisers, a great job, they should be proud.👌
Absolutely sensational.
That's awesome. I love the sound of these locomotives. I wish I could be in the cabin. When I was about 13 I was at the south Geelong station. I got talking to the engineer of a Vic Rail B class. He actually let me into the cabin. I'll Remember this forever.
You have done a beautiful job restoring this one.
It'll be great to see B72 finally running this weekend
B72 looks good again wearing the Teacup scheme. She went from cutaway to fresh VicRail Teacup scheme. Welcome back B72. I like B72's new paint. I can't wait to see B72 helping on Steamrail excursions.
B72 never wore the teacup scheme before. Only B64, 68, 69, 74, 80, 81, 82, 83 and 84.
@@PeterDonaghy-du4pc oh ok. It still looks good wearing VicRail Teacup scheme even if it never wore it before.
Beautiful. Well done and congratulations to all involved.
Never seen a locomotive with two cabs before. Very nice restoration work.
Oh it's like 1982 all over again...That neon orange overdrive!
Looks really great, will be nice to see it tomorrow and Monday. Looking forward to it
Heritage Rail in Victoria keeps getting more exciting!
We’ll be there. Going to be a hot few days though, as in the weather.
Now for a matching N set to go with it.
Absolutely GORGEOUS
Now that's wroth braving the heat to visit!
Second loco with the teacup livery, lookin good
Looks nuch better than the bogus X class
I’m excited to go see it soon 🎉
Beautiful loco. Was great to see it last weekend
Goodness this is amazing!
Oh wow 😮🎉 It's gorgeous 😍
This steam-head says Yes Sir‼️✌️🇦🇺
That is awesome!
Sie ist einfach wunderschön ❤
I saw a cameo from K140 in the background.
I think the third surprise will be L1162
Seeing an L Class moving would be so cool
@@MetroStudios I agree
That would be very cool, it has apparently been operational for a while but isn't allowed to run on the mainline
The third surprise wasn't an l-class! it was R761 repainted into as restored 1985 condition
@@howardstrach6479 Yes, R761 is looking lovely but its a shame an L class isn't running
Is the cab on the other end also fitted out?
It looks like it
As much as this livery was probably despised when it existed, especially due to the public disliking of VicRail at the time, it’s an absolutely beautiful train, just bad memories for a lotta people
Very cool mate 👍🏻😎Robin out
YOOOOO!!!
❤
Bogies look like Indian locomotive wap 4
I say, what do they mean by “teacup” livery? Like, why is this specific colour called that?
That version of the VR logo looks like a teacup.
Unfortunately the VicRail Teacup livery was short lived as VicRail disappeared and V/Line became the dominant Victorian railway and the orange and grey was everywhere.
Oh, interesting! I never knew@@leonkernan
OMFG
