    We are going to kick off the new year with a full body kettlebell strength workout.
    I recommend you use a kettlebell ranging somewhere between 8-24kg.
    My kettlebells are 12-20kg.
    We will work with the timer and giant sets. 50 secs work and 15 secs rest.
    You can simply increase the intensity of the workout by using heavier weight and the volume of the workout by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row.
